The unlock code was received as per the delivery timescales and it works perfectly. For weird reasons the email from fonszone was filered out of my inbox which created a confusion about the status of my phone unlock order.

Ordered the unlock code on 24th and received email confirming it would take a maximum of 12 hours. Didn't then receive it until the 27th. This meant my daughter could not use her Christmas present.

I have to say they did reply to my initial emails, but there was no formal follow up to apologise for the overall delay. This has surprised me as I had anticipated a contact after eventually receiving the code nearly 3 days later than expected.

I have given 1 star rather than zero, as I do believe there was a desire to get it right, but in my case the service was undeniably inadequate.

One of my first on line experiences and I was a little worried about sending money, but I need not have worried at all, they were prompt with the codes, unfortunately they did not work for me, not because of FonesZone but I had to replace my original SIM card 18 months previously and the codes will only activate if you have the original SIM. But to there credit they acknowledged my problem and made a full refund.

An online company with speedy, helpful customer service is very rare. I was impressed, and I'd use them again.

The fIrst code didn't work which left me a little perplexed and attempting to try things I knew nothing about. But on contacting Fones Zone I was given another code with clearer details of how to use it, and It worked a treat.
The only concern I have was about the jargon, wide field of detail, and the page layout given, to show how to use the first code. I was at a loss as to how to proceed, and confused by what I saw, finding a variety of models of Samsung phones on the page rather than pointing specificaly to my model of phone. A simpler, more direct approach, focused towards the individual's model of phone, for those less knowledgably would have been good.
I realise it's a complicated subject, but that's why some of us need taking by the hand when attempting to use techniques never used before.
The cost, by the way, was also very good, and from a very friendly company.

I can only rate as a 3 out of 5 as my unlock code only arrived after I chased them. The site said it should arrived on Tuesday, and I was still waiting on the Friday. Once I chased they were pretty quick to resolve though.
