refunds not possible reason for negative rating
thought i required an unlocking code discovered i was unable to use the code as the phone was already unlocked.
so requested a refund but refunds aren't possible
not exactly happy about it so low rating given

Refunds are possible if the code given isn't correct, but this wasn't the case.
Due to the nature of the product we're not able to refund as it's something that isn't returnable. These codes do come at a cost to us also, and we sell them on with very little profit - as you can see our company is very competitive within this market.
Our website also asks you to read the terms and conditions before the last stage of placing the order.

"5.1. We can only guarantee that the service will fulfill the customers expectations if the following criteria are met:
5.1.4. The mobile phone that the Buyer intended to unlock (whose IMEI number has been given by the Buyer when purchasing the service), is not already unlocked."

Outstanding service. After getting wrong codes from Orange directly and with only 1 MEP try left, I got the right code from Fonesunlock and it worked. Fast turnaround, quick service, even on the weekend. Great stuff. The networks could learn about customer service from these guys.

I made a mistake by entering the wrong imei number so i recieved the wrong codes. The help i got was fantastic and was given the right code for free. I would highly recommend these. Also i did recieve the codes i purchased only a few hours after purchase which was really fast.

Waiting time and correspondance...
I have waited now for over 12 days to get my iphone 4 unlocked through this site. I paid my money ages ago and have written to them 3 times now asking what is happening, but to date, I haven't yet heard from them once...! Terrible service which I would not reccomend to anyone....!!!

Dear Mr. Innes,
I believe your phone is now unlocked after 12 working days from the date of order. As stated in the email to you, your emails were being filtered into our 'Junk' mail folder, but has since been corrected. We state on our website that the iPhone 4 Vodafone unlocking service takes up to 10 working days and unfortunately it was delayed another 2 working days which sometimes happens because of our supplier not being able to deliver on time.
I am sorry for the delay and any inconvenience caused. We have taken down the iPhone 4 unlocking services since your order because we can't have our customers unhappy, it takes far too long.
Once again I apologize and hope you'll give us another chance to prove our level of good customer service.
