Avoid, unless you like gambling.
Halved the valuation of my phone because of “Screen Burn”. That would be fair enough if it was true, but it Definitely was not. The day before I sent to this lot, I had the phone checked by a high street company and there was no screen burn reported. I eventually sold my phone to another company who, not surprisingly, made no mention of any screen burn either.
They are yet another company using the screen burn crap to try and rip you off.

Excellent fast service
Delivered by Special Delivery at 12.30pm and at 15.30pm received an email to say my phone had been checked and processed and the money sent to my bank account. Couldn’t be quicker and simpler. Many thanks Fonebank.

Extremely slow payment, knocked down quoted prices, claiming other faults, where there are no faults, claimed sent an email with photos showing faults, no email has been sent. Had to call twice to chase up payments. Still not being paid.

Excellent service
First time user of Fonebank and I'm very impressed! Got a very good price for my poco f3 and payment within 2 days. Unlike another well known phone buyer Fonebank didn't make out my phone was scratched when it wasn't and try to lower the price!
