the star is bad rating not for the park itself but for the valet service they provided.
I Paid for a full Valel on my car. It was really bad dirt in the pockets sand on the back seat. I showed the manager and agreed it was very bad and told me to get in touch with the service that did the car. And I took photos which I sent to Flypark and the contractor who did the job. I have emailed the contracter with no response. And I have rung the manager at flypark and he says its my job to get my money back, But the law actually says its the manager of the Flyparks job to give me my refund as I paid him at flypark nobody else.

I paid for a month of parking with insurance at Brisbane airport . My car stood for 3 days. I have lost money.They f… me for money.

Fantastic. Regularly reliable, friendly service. I tried 3 other airport carpark companies before Flypark. Car parked nicely by office
door ready for collection. Depot also in best place for drop off (before buslane) on way to airport.

I have recently used Flypark parking service. I had real bad experiences with their services.
I was pick up late from domestic airport , when I asked the reason for his delay and the driver said he was busy. While he was driving he was talking to another customer on the phone in very rude manner. He was continuously blowing horn unnecessarily, and driving erratically, very very rude to talk to. When we arrived to the office (Flypark) he was rushing to his cigarette rather than helping customer to take their bags off the van. Please be aware of using this service - do not waste your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

We had used these guys regularly until January 2019. We returned from a trip to discover that one of their staff had driven our vehicle into another. Their manager then denied that anything had occurred and has been very obstructive in sorting this out. Through no fault of our own we are now short of $1,000. Here we are 6 months later and we are still fighting to get our insurance excess back from them. They are dodgy. There are far better companies out there who operate professionally.

Thankfully we have some hard evidence from one of their staff.

I’m so appreciative of the extra effort the manager & van driver at flypark.co.nz Put in today. I arrived late (1:10pm for 1:45 domestic flight) & they got me there super fast & I made my flight. I called ahead & they made every effort. $6 a day for 5 days - can’t beat the price either, Nancy

We highly recommend Flypark. We had excellent service and our car was kept safe and the staff are most friendly, efficient and professional. Even when we caused them some concern, they were most professional and treated us with respect and dignity. Well done guys. You do kiwis proud!

I just come back from overseas trip last week. It was great to park the car at Flypark. So convenient, great rates and excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this company.

Always had a great experience with this team if they are later well hey traffic worries etc raining whatever .I say better later than never always a pleasure . Never missed a flight yet ..people are to quick to complain these day instead of saying hey Good Work . and yes THANKYOU

We have used the FlyPark based near Auckland Airport about three times now, and have been very happy with their service. The last time we did have to wait 20+ minutes for the van to pick us up when we returned, but we were still OK with that. I like the way we are asked to give our flight time when we book, and they advise what time to drop the car off; it makes it easy. The staff have always been courteous and nice to us, and the car in same condition how we left it.

I've used FlyPark for many trips now and never had a problem. Efficient, good value, easy. Would recommend (and have) to any family & friends.

This was thThis was the 4th year of using Sentinel at Leeds Bradford and yet again it was perfect service. We booked the car in, got on the waiting bus and with the driver helping with the cases it was hassle free. Upon the return the bus was waiting at the drop off/collection point and we were collecting our car key in just over 5 minutes. We booked into Flypark Auckland arriving in the dark on a showery night around 9.30pm. We met the guy driving out as we drove in who said he wouldn't be long & to wait. We went into the shabby office where we were gob smacked to see a wall of keys with tags hanging up where anyone could grab them. When the guy arrived he was angry & VERY rude that we had gone into the office at all. He told us he didnt have our booking which i had done on line & to go away - which we did quite happily, not wanting to deal further with the rude man or leave our car in such a shabby, unsecure place. I have NEVER had anyone be SO rude before, DONT GO THERE! We then went to Aeroparks not far away where we got fabulous service!

The car park was difficult to find, but once there everything went very smoothly. Transfers good. Buses clean and modern. Drop off and pick up point convienient. Car ready waiting for us on our return Will deffo use again

we live in Australia and have been fortunate to purchase a home in Thames New Zealand over the last 6 months or so we have been using Flypark Auckland NZ for our vehicle storage, as each month we fly back for a week, and i must say these guys and gals are flippen awesome always on time, even when we arrive 11:30pm we have only waited 10 or so minutes thats nothing!! always cheerful helpful and would highly recommend there service so if your needing somewhere to park your car for a blinkin fare price these are the guys to use. I fly to Auckland for work every week & have booked with Flypark over 120 different times!!! So I can say with experience, If you are parking your car in Auckland, New Zealand you can't get better & more competitively priced than FlyPark. Their friendly team & prompt service is as good as their prices. All the other companies at Auckland airport are trying but failing to match FlyPark's service & competitive rates. If you are looking to park near Auckland airport then this is the place.
