Ordered 2 Kettler chairs, to create an 8 seater set by adding to our existing 6 seater set, bought elsewhere. Took our money, confirmed our order then three weeks later called to say they had no stock and did not know why. The website was still showing items in stock. Clearly this outfit have major stock management and customer care issues. Buy elsewhere.

Hair in my food
Hair in my food. The garden centre was lovely, really nice products. But the cafe was not good. Poor menu, very expensive for what it was. No clear allergy information for what was available.
And to top it off there was a hair baked in to my sausage roll, I literally pulled it out of the pastry. Everyone on my table thought the food was overpriced and tasteless.
In fairness when I took the food back I did get a refund and offered some cake which I didn’t accept.

Wonderful visit to Flowerland,Iver
Wonderful visit to Flowerland,Iver, Bucks on Sunday.. So much to see and very nice refreshments in their cafe. Staff very cheerful and helpful - even supplying containers to take home part of the delicious cake that we couldn't finish as they were large portions! We will be back!

Amazing garden centre (Hedsor) but the music!? We know the basic age of most people visiting garden centres and the music isn’t appropriate. Clearly the owner is into this style (trip hip-hop?). Just don’t think it’s conducive to the shopping experience

One of the term members Karen in particular is very helpful and patient .

Professional Service, Brilliant Product and Very Quick Delivery
Could not be more pleased with not only our new parasol, but the professional and efficient service received from Flowerland. Although their website mentioned a pause in deliveries due to Covid-19, I saw they had a parasol in stock and emailed to see if they were still delivering. I received a call the Sunday morning to confirm it was in stock and they would be happy to deliver by Tuesday. I put through the order online and Tuesday morning the parasol arrived. Delivery in less than 48 hours is absolutely exceptional in our current state! I am so pleased I contacted them as all the larger centres were estimating 3-4 weeks delivery time. Not to mention their pricing was cheaper than competitors. Will certainly be recommending Flowerland and look forward to purchasing again in the future!
