Tulips almost dead
I ordered the tulips for my mother to be delivered on 5th March. I phoned her on Mothers Day 11th March and she told me that the tulips were in a very sorry state on arrival. Yellow leaves, drooping heads, no water and, after 3 days they had to be binned. I emailed Flowerfete and was asked to send a photo. As I am in Australia and my mother does not have the technology to send a photo even if she still had the flowers, I emailed again. This time with no reply. Very disappointed. Won't be buying again.

The item that you have ordered is one of our postal items, as advertised on our website at the point of purchase. For our Royal Mail delivered and courier delivered bouquets, the bouquet will be tied in the box for protection and the vase will be included if paid for, though the flowers will not necessarily be in the vase or including water.
The image on the website is for illustration purposes only and is representative of how the bouquet should look after the stems have been cut, placed in water and the blooms have opened fully.
We do require a photograph to address complaints to allow us to see exactly what has gone wrong and to quickly address the issue with our supplier.

abysmal service
My daughter in Australia used Flower fete to send flowers to her mother which arrived two days early, she also sent flowers to her aunt and uncle for their 50th wedding anniversary which have just arrived FIVE DAYS LATE and obviously dead after being in the post at least a week.
I rang them on my daughters behalf and was at first told the flowers had “ been rejected “ ???
They say they will send more and I demanded that they should send a much better display as the service is so bad, I hope they do otherwise it’s an email to the CEO to start with.

Beware
Flowers did not arrive on the correct day. Flowers were damaged. Bouquet did not resemble what was ordered and was sparse despite the fact it came in one of their vases and was meant to be a large bouquet. Have not had much success via correspondence trying to reach a satisfactory conclusion. They have refused to accept anything is wrong despite sending photos. I have tried calling to speak to someone twice on different days but on both occasions I gave up after 20 minutes as no one answered. Beware! They will take your money and not care what you get in return. The customer satisfaction referred to on their website remains elusive.

The bouquet that you have ordered is one of our couriered items, which is delivered in bud to ensure its freshness and protection on its journey. Once received, the flowers will need to have freshly cut stems and be placed in water with flower food. After a couple of days, we expect the flowers to bloom and resemble the advertised image. Information as to where this might occur is displayed on our website.
Looking at your order, we can see that a member of our customer service team has advised you to wait a couple of days for the flowers to bloom and to take another picture of the flowers if they have not improved after this time.

My Mother never received her flowers…
Even though I actually ordered them to arrive on 3 days early (Friday) to avoid disappointment, my Mother never received her flowers for Mothers Day 2018. I have contacted Flowerfete Management to advise them that they are in Breach of Contract and that I intend to report them to Trading Standards unless they change their business practices. They are unable to deliver the promises they make to clients and have VERY unclear delivery options available on their website.

The item that you have ordered is a postal bouquet. These are delivered through the post via Royal Mail. As stated on our website and on your confirmation email, deliveries can take 1-2 working days.
Our website goes on further to say that if delivery times are critical customers should opt for the florist made items over which we have some degree of control regarding the delivery times.
We are very sorry if this was not clear at the point of purchase.

We are very confident in our delivery guarantee and with our network of local florists we do everything we possibly can to ensure the delivery takes place on the date requested. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders over the Mothers Day, we have been unable to complete your item and we had to cancel your order.
We had tried everything we could to get this order out however all of our florists have reached their limits with the number of orders they are taking.

We have sent contact over to our florist to find out what has happened, it is possible delivery could have been attempted and left with a neighbour, or there was no answer upon delivery. We will investigate this for you and contact you via email once we have found out what has happened.

Did not deliver at all
Did not deliver at all! First, one day late, then called them. They blamed it on me, saying i had changed the delivery date, which i absolutely didnt! Then they are still not delivered by now, and wrote me they cancelled the delivery. It is an absolute nightmare do deal with them! I needed the roses, and ordered them to be there a day early on purpose, and finally they are not even here now. Absolutely unacceptable!

Rubbish not worth the money…
Several of the rose buds were black and dead.some more had broken off the stem.although they were well packed.Complete waste of money.My Mother is 94 and this was supposed to be a special Christmas present.I AM VERY UPSET

Very disappointed with one of the …
Very disappointed with one of the boquets and very disatisfied with the customer service experience. My sister's flowers were not what I had ordered, half of them were dead, and the majority was green filler. Emailed customer service and they said it looked sparse as there were lots of buds and they would fill out. Did not address the dead flowers, or offer to send any more flowers which is what I asked for. I have been a customer for years sending flowers to my family and will never use this service again.

The flowers have been travelling and will need to be cut and placed into the water along with the flower food as per the care instructions provided with the delivered flower arrangement.
Looking at the image you have provided, we can see that the flowers are in bud and we expect them to bloom and resemble the image on our website within a couple of days. A member of our customer service team has been in contact to advise of the care instructions and to ask for an updated image in a couple of days if the flowers have not yet improved.
