I am profoundly disappointed. Rather than buy a cheap mat for under my chair - to aid its movement (on castors) on my carpeted floor - I went for what I thought was a product designed for the job. I bought a large chair floormat from Floormats UK. It was great for 2 months and then started cracking and quickly became unusable. The company refuses to refund until it has looked over the broken item to see if the break is 'material' damage, even though regardless of the cause it is a broken mat within 2 months of purchase. The company insists on the produce being returned to Germany even in covid-19. The company has in its terms and conditions to offer a courier service to pick up items, but is refusing to do this. I understand the difficulty due to covid-19 but I am willing to wait. They now say that they won't even pick it up once restrictions allow them to. They say that another delivery company must do it. I do not understand a) why photos of the broken product are not sufficient, (and would save everyone a lot of bother) and b) if I have to return it why I can't return it to the office in London rather than them insisting on it being sent back to Germany and c) why they expect others to take covid risks and not themselves, now saying they won't wait until it is safe to do the courier service.
On the positive side, they do respond to emails.

A fiasco. Thankfully I used PayPal who were great at sorting. I wish I’d read up on TrustPilot before using this company.
Ordered a specific listed size floor mat. It didn’t arrive within the prescribed time. A week later I emailed the company. It eventually arrived but was not the correct size. I asked to return. No response.
Logged a case with PayPal. Eventually, after floormats suggested a discount which I refused they agreed to a full refund. I paid for a tracked ParcelForce return - an additional cost!

Honestly this is the first review i’ve written about a company, either positive or negative.
Avoid this company!
Had to chase for an update on delivery many times, they stalled multiple times before finally receiving the floor mat.
Within a month the item is cracked.
Options presented to me is to send item back to Germany (!?) at my own expensive or 16% refund.
In my opinion they know their product is of poor quality and were almost prepared for it to fail.
This company lacks integrity please avoid.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this joke of a company! Ordered a chair mat for carpet floors! Item turned up in a massive oversized box, mat barely held together by a flimsy ribbon. Packaging looked like it had German details on it, not sure what that’s about as it's a UK company!
Anyhow, was quite impressed by the mat, felt sturdy and strong and I was glad I didn't purchase one off Ebay/Amazon as they would more than likely to break albeit be less expensive!
Well, I was wrong! Totally wrong!!
Barely after a few weeks the mat had a crack in it! This turned into another crack, and by the 3rd week it had more cracks than a badly built wall! You might be thinking you’ve rolled the chair too wildly or that I’m a heavy lad! Nope none of the above! Chair is high quality and I’m not a heavy boy!
I wouldn't be too perturbed but the mat was quite pricey and you wouldn't expect it to be cracking after barely a month of use! So, tried to contact them online via email, nothing! Called them, nothing! Basically, no after sales service whatsoever! They don’t want to hear from you once they’ve got your money!
Now I want to know who the fake reviewers are on the company website telling all that they are the best mats ever!
So please do yourself a favour, avoid this lot and save your money…buy a waste bit of carpet or lino…you’d save yourself money and grief!

We ordered 2 x PVC chair mats for carpet floors and within 3 months both had material shatters in them. We were not using chairs with wheels on either mat and rarely moving around in our seats. We contacted the supplier on multiple occasions via email (no reply) and telephone (no answer). I strongly discourage using this supplier.

Goods never arrived, they dont pick up the phone or answer emails. Have requested a refund but got a feeling they will ignore me. Luckily i paid with my paypal account.

The product quality has turned out to be awful - everything has broken after a couple of weeks use - and, the service is just as bad. Here is the email I've just sent them with the problems with my order. They never told me that part of my order I'd paid for was not going to be delivered. If I hadn't noticed (I'm in the midst of a big home renovations project with lots of goods in and it could been easily have missed.
Luckily I noticed). They have been trying to fob me off with a VAT discount for the broken mat. 2 other mats now are disintegrating. They have eventually said, though I bought it from www dayton co uk that they expect me to send their faulty items back to Germany !?#*&! I will never consider using this company for future business.

I'll give you a few more days to refund my payment, otherwise you'll leave me with no choice but to go to the credit card company.

At this point in very disappointed with your company's service and the products I've ordered and paid for.

2 large mats - one split after a week's use
1 heavy duty rubber mat - 10s of small supports have broken off
1 vibration mat - never delivered
1 mat connector set - overpriced. Just one square of 4 rings for £11 !!

Carpet mat ordered 28/11/20. By 24/02/21 it had virtually disintegrated. Customer support offered a refund if I send the mat to Germany. The promises to be helpful in dealing with complaints are empty words. Avoid this dodgy German company. Read Trustpilot before ordering!

Poor quality mats. DON’T BUY! I bought mine in November and after 2 months have started cracking. Waste of money.

We ordered a mat (£136) from this company and the colour does not even come close to the colour we ordered. We have tried by phone and email to resolve this but they have zero customer support. They are not interested in helping or even acknowledging the problem. SHOCKING! They have to be the very worst company I have ever done business with. Please do not make the same mistake as us order from somewhere else.

It’s quite funny reading most of the previous comments! You could literally rub out the posters name and replace it with mine and hey presto!!
This is literally the worst ever online shopping experience I’ve had. Not only is it a terrible product, terrible service etc, I think there’s also some sharp practice going on with the UK address and phone number I.e. I believe it’s fake.
So I ordered a mat last November, received it about a week and a half later, it started cracking about a week after that. Got a replacement sent and this started to crack about tweets after arrival. Same chain of events as other where I was offered a discount, which I refused, asked for a refund and was asked to send the product back to Germany!!! Up until this point I thought I was dealing with a UK company so was quite surprised to see the German address. I’ve tried calling the UK phone number and never got through to anyone, and I read in other comments that the UK address is suspect. I am literally fuming at this company advise everyone to avoid it at all costs

Received a 20mm Rubber mat from this company, appears to work well!

Do not buy from this scam of a company, no after sales service at all not answering phone or replying to emails

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering I have had the same problem as the lady Alison in the review section they have offered a small discount or to return the faulty mat to germany which they know is not practical the ploy carb mats are clearly substandard and not fit for purpose the only saving grace is that the 84.00 cost is not a lot of money so I guess I have to learn by my mistake and read reviews in future

We placed an order for a logo mat back in November 2020, this was our second order with this company - we purchased a logo mat back in 2017 and we had a great positive experience the first time around so had no cause to check recent reviews and went ahead to place a second order.
We didn't hear anything back from Floormats since we placed our order and had to start chasing at the beginning of December. The majority of our emails went without receiving a reply. When we did receive a reply it was just delay tactics saying that the artwork supplied was in the incorrect format and could we send again, even though it was exactly the same artwork that we supplied for our first order. Eventually after so many emails backwards and forwards a proof was supplied. A proof not even for our company but for that of another companies, really ?? We tried so many times to make contact via phone, faxes, and messages on their website. By January 11th, we'd had enough and sent an email and a message on their website to advise that we request a full refund for the payment that we made and should a refund not be received within the next 10 days then we would raise a claim through the courts for recovery of the money (Non supply of goods act) this would also incur further costs which we would also seek to recover. Surprisingly enough we received the full refund several days later. So everyone out there who have not received their orders/products or have received substandard products this is worth a try and be firm. Absolute appalling service and company, AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM

I bought a chairmat which arrived cracked and broken. Despite claiming it was crack and break proof online. You can't get through to Floormats via telephone, you get put onto an answerphone telling you to call back or email. Your email may be repsonded to after 5 days and my reply ended up straight in my spam folder. I sent photos, emailed constantly. From the few responses I got Kutay Kazbek didn't even read any of the emails. Basically I was told after 2 weeks that I can either have 16% discount off or return to an address in Germany at my own cost. This goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I reported them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards, I've contacted my credit card company to claim my money back. The Floormats they sell are not as described nor fit for purpose. Don't waste your money and buy a Floormat from Argos instead! This company is a scam.

Bought a polycarbonate floormat from this company for my grandson to use and it has cracked badly after very little use. Have sent emails and telephoned with no response. I’m angry at myself for not researching this company before purchasing. As the value is below £100 and it’s more than 120 days since purchase I’ve no chance of recovering anything from my credit card.

As with many others who have been duped by this company, I bought 2 chair mats from them because of the claims of a "crack-resistant" and "High-Lifetime polycarbonate" product what can withstand up to 1000kg etc. etc.

As other buyers have found, my mats cracked badly after only a few weeks of light use, and despite many phone calls and emails, Floormats UK have refused to respond - literally no response at all.
Their completely false advertising and their failure to fulfil their obligations to the customer is CRIMINAL, and really does need investigating. These are not cheap products!

How I wish i had read these reviews prior to ordering, the floormat cracked after six weeks and like many others they want me to post the mat back to Germany at my cost? Criminal behaviour, ive been burned, i'm going to try a chargeback but oh my goodness how i wish i had avoided these cowboys.

Be very careful, i'm now concerned about mt credit card details.
