Avoid at all costs
Absolutely shocking company to deal with. They invoiced me for more gas than the tank can possibly hold, they continue to charge rent for a tank on a property I have left and they have completely failed to respond to my communication regarding the latter. They know they own the tank , therefore they merrily treat customers with contempt. Avoid at all costs.

I have a substantial amount of credit that I have saved for coming winter, I have a DD set up, all i did back in April 2nd, was change the amoubnt I pay, and since then its letter after letter, after letter, saying i'm in arrears and i owe money, most recently spoke to Stephanie, lets see if they can handle a SIMPLE issue... jesus.

So, another slamming review on this company. I waited 4 weeks, yes, a whole month for my bulk order. Was told order had been cancelled cause I had 70% in my tank. I spoke to one of their puppets in their CS Dept yesterday for over 20 mins, full of excuses as usual. I received absolutely no communication that my order had been cancelled - you are just left there to hang. Apparently, if you get to 40% they will deliver, have you ever heard such nonsense. This company are DICTATING to customers when and when not they will give you gas, unbelievable!! I’ve already mentioned I order to get my tank topped up so I’m not faced with an extortionate huge bill. It’s awful this company can hold you to ransom over such an important commodity. They just don’t CARE about their customers, full stop. When I go to get petrol for my car with 3/4 tank, the garage doesn’t tell me I can’t have any!!! It should not matter what your tank% is at, if I want to top it up, they should not be allowed to refuse you, they’re still getting money from the customer.
So, back to square one again, have had to place another order via on line account, wonder if I’ll get this one delivered?!!!! Or wait another MONTH. I have raised another complaint but is doesn’t get you anywhere. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN once my contract expires. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I got an estimated bill
I got an estimated bill, double my previous reading , £1456 for 3 month usage in a 2 bed flat, where the heating only comes on twice a day. I have to wait 10 days for a refund & still don’t know what I actually owe them

Yet again they fail !! Numerous invoices for £578.22. When we don’t owe it ! Emailed no reply just more emails demanding payment , holding a gun to peoples head with contracts that are outdated and very expensive ! Sadly disappointed yet again

I'd give them zero stars if I could. We ordered a 19kg cylinder for delivery to our house. We'd previously had 2 of these cylinders delivered by FLOGAS in 2021 and one in 2022 with no issues at all. This year, the local depot has deemed it too dangerous to deliver to our address citing a sloping path that the delivery driver is not prepared to carry the cylinder up. Perhaps they need to invest in some trolleys and/or drivers who aren't looking for any excuse not to do their job. The call centre staff also hung up on the call. I'm surprised this company is actually still trading as the customer service is hopeless. My advice - shop elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking service! We are a business , I advised 3 working days ago we were low on gas, yesterday I called and said we have now run out, they promised a delivery today, we have now been notified that the delivery failed! When called I was told they have no reason and can not find out! I begged them to top us up, we are less than 2 miles from their depot! They don't care we have loss of earnings and bills to pay! They were quite matter of fact! I so wish we could use another supplier ! They know we have no options so can conduct their business in this way!

FloGas ordered gas when tank was 20% through the app-told delivery would be within two weeks ordered on the 16th Feb 2024-Told them through app down to 10% two days ago-i then phoned yesterday to check on delivery as down to 5% told they would escalate to logistics-just taken a phone call to say delivery will be on Friday the 1st where we will be out of gas.They installed a replacement tank earlier in the year with a gadget that tell them how low the Gas is-however they tell me it has not been activated as we are on a refill when we phone in-Then they had the audacity to say i only let then now at 5% full which i sent in on the app yesterday. We pay crazy prices for lpg which is a by product a waste product and the person was trying to say there is a shortage of LPG. I say more likely a lack of drivers and vehicles available. Shocking service by the biggest LPG supplier in the country.
update still no show-had to turn all heating off -hopefully to keep hot water-apparantly people on here saying they never even turned up on the day they said they are out of gas completely.

A week no gas - cold and miserable
We woke up on a weekend to a freezing cold house - turns out we’re completely out of gas despite being on auto top up with FLO Gas. An order has been raised on the system 6 weeks previously but not fulfilled. We raised it with the team and were apparently put on the emergency list as we were completely out, but still no delivery. The dates keep being pushed back and we keep being told different things by the call centre. We’ve now spent almost £200 keeping warm (this is just in the evenings). Don’t offer a service you can’t deliver, heating is a basic human right.

The company admitted they made a mistake and we where on auto top up and we should of been topped up with gas.
Well called them at 8am on Monday and by 12pm we had gas.
Laura was super helpful and what seemed like a company we wanted to avoid they turned it around and showed they actually cared.
Very impressed with them as we all make mistakes but it's about how they corrected so fast.

Another vote for appalling customer service! I have been phoning daily for the last 2 weeks as our tank said 5% to get a delivery scheduled, which it was, 4 times. And cancelled on the day 4 times!
We have now run out of gas, but of course at the weekend, nothing anyone can do.
No call backs, no answers, no service

Flogas are great at getting paid but obscenely poor at delivering. I’m now down to 6% according to my app, have been using the heat sparingly, the weather has been snowy and now due to get colder. Their excuses have been 1. Tanker broken down 2. Can’t access. What??? 3. Shortage of LPG ……. Wonder what it’ll be next ?
