So chuffed with latest purchase. Off set bread knife in the Pro series - so good! I have small hands and a bad grip, so the wiggly pattern on the knives reduces slipping for me, much easier to hold. B... Zobacz więcej

Boxed carving set

I received the carving set and am delighted with the quality. Unfortunately the wooden case in which it arrived was damaged, the hinge screws were not fixed securely resulting in the lift-up lid wobbling about, and it seems this cannot be fixed because the screw holes are too large.
Such a shame because i dont feel able to gift it in the box now.

We're really sorry to hear the box arrived damaged, that is absolutely not what we would want, especially as it is a gift. A member of the team will be reaching out to you shortly to arrange a replacement.

Great knifes and customer service

Bought as a gift for my husband and he says the knife is amazing! I was a bit stuck what to pick for him but the customer service guys were super helpful helping me choose. Will absolutely use again and hubby is looking to build up his knife set over the year.

The best knives I’ve got

I have got several of these knives and am extremely happy with them. The sharpening stone for me is a necessity as you can keep the knives sharp and ready to use. I also have the bamboo cutting board which again is amazing. I have had it for a few years now, keep oiled and it’s still like new. The delivery is very quick. Thank you flint & flame.
