Pathetic Company. I paid online for an item on 27th April. And of coz, like all of you, they never delivered anything. Their website is also lost now. There is no way to contact them.

Order lost??? But it's paid for!!
Placed an order April 28th and the payment was processed...of course. It is now July 11th and I still don't have my order. I was very understanding during the COVID shut down. They told me all orders were sent but could not give me the tracking info. I was then told all orders were lost. I gave them proof of my order and payment. Now I haven't heard from them in 2 weeks. I email DAILY!!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Stay far away. I ordered from them back in OCTOBER, 2019! It's March, 2020. That was $40 wasted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLEXYFOX!
The only reason there is a star is because that is the only way you can leave a review. DO NOT order from this company. We were led to believe it was a USA company. It is in China. They confirmed my order, took my money but never confirmed a shipping date. We sent several emails to cancel and no response. We finally called our credit card company and have a dispute set up. Flexyfox finally contacted us and said it had been shipped so too bad.

Wish I could of put zero stars
Wish I could of put zero stars. I ordered from them on January 5. It's now January 26th. I've emailed them about my order twice, and no replies. But they sure are on top of taking your money. Do not waste your time with this so called business. I'm putting the word out on them every chance I get.

If I could give zero star
If I could give zero star, I would. That's it! I ordered last December 22 and I received my bank confirmation in paying the items, in an instant, but, I never received any confirmation from Flexyfox that my order is confimed, or even my transaction number as to where I would trace it. Tried the costumers service once and he said "it's on the way", after few weeks, tried again and just said " wait for the email", no hope! It's been a month. Very hassle. I wouldn't recommend this online shop and would advicemy friends about this incident. I am always buying my things online ever since and this is the worst.
