Had a MG4 off Fleet Evolution for the past couple of years via salary sacrifice. Was very simple to get going and they contact you regarding servicing and when it's needed.

Also had a puncture within the first week of receiving the car which was dealt with swiftly with no issues.

Looking forward to choosing the next car when the time comes.

I had my BMW iX1 from Fleet Evolution in October 2023 and from initial conversations, to placing the order, getting everything confirmed with my employer through to delivery it was so straightforward and easy. Booking services and tyre changes when needed has been simple and the team are always on hand if needed. A pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received as someone that manages a company scheme and having taken out my own lease. The communication is excellent and the portal is really easy to use.

I needed some information about one of our employees lease agreement and the team were really quick to get back to me which makes my job a lot easier.

There were no issues at the front end of the lease or during the lease - all very smooth. No complaints. Reminders were sent in good time before lease expiry, which was helpful. Quote for follow-on lease was excessive. There is a tax benefit with a company registered scheme but the lessor chose to take more than its fair share of it, hence I declined and opted for a manufacturer financed car instead (much cheaper even without any tax benefit). End of lease conditions were far too onerous on the lessee - video and many photos were required; initial inspection by the lessor's agent was not considered final as further inspection (on lessor's premises) was deemed necessary. I had leased many cars in the past but never been subjected to such onerous conditions and, like the lease rate, too heavily stacked up in the lessor's favour. I would not lease from this company again unless they significantly amended their T's & C's and lease rates. That said, they were always polite and very responsive.

The company has been very quick and clear with communication and has made many parts of the ownership process very smooth.

From the outset the communication from fleet evolution has been great. They have assisted with all my queries completely and in a timely fashion as well.

Their website is easy to navigate and just knowing that support is there at a drop of hat is reassuring.

It’s the first time I’ve had a lease car I was dubious of this option but it’s been great. Everyone at fleet evolution that I have spoken with have been amazing! They are all so helpful ,patient and always resolve my queries. It’s been a great experience so far and I’m confident that it will continue to be. Thank you

Overall good experience. Quotes varied on a regular basis so therefore what colleagues were able to have on the same salary others didn't qualify. Selecting cars needs to be more transparent.
Team in the office always helpful and replied straight away. Delighted with car I finally got.
Not so happy with the charge on return as the car was not inspected on pickup and driver told me it would be going straight to auction. I also got the car at 32000 miles with scratches etc so how can I be liable for repairs?

I am on my second car through Fleet evolution, and they are definitely the best provider for small businesses in the market.

Very quick communication from the team. Delivery of my vehicle was taking a while (due to low stock in the country) and they sorted out a temporary vehicle for me to use whilst I waited. Could not recommend enough!

Faultless. I’m a year in, everything has been stress free and hastle free and I’d do it all over again.

I have had my car with Fleet Evolution for a little over 2 years now and haven't really had any issues apart from when it came to booking a service but this in the end was resolved quickly.
