Great pre delivery communication and a call from the driver before his arrival. Excellent quality kitchen units. So quick and easy to install. Honestly, you’d read this review and think I’d been paid to write it but the overall service and quality of items has left me speechless and several £1000’s better off.

Great product
This is the first time I have used Flat Pack kitchens and have been very impressed with their units. They are so easy to put together, in fact it took me longer to unpack them than it did to put them together. They are surprisingly solid when constructed.
Delivered on time and well protected by packaging.
Would recommend them.

Utter Disappointment!!!!!
Absolutely disappointed with this kitchen unit which has no proper fitting to hold it together or to the wall.. how can the heavy until with is 1m by 0.7m be held to the wall by 10mm screws????

Thank you for your recent review Uma, we're sorry you are disappointed with the fittings provided. Please note, as per the instructions, the screws provided are for fitting the feet to the unit. They absolutely must not be used for fixing the unit to the wall. To do this you must use the appropriate fixing for the wall substrate you have within your house. As this is different from one fitting to another, we do not provide these screws as standard. With regards to holding the units together, please be assure that the unit does not need any screws for assembly. These units have passed the FIRA Gold certification for use in heavy domestic/commercial furniture. Needless to say, our customer service team are on hold to assist with any queries with the installation, so if you do need help please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Great service even during Covid-19
Very happy with the cabinets and service, especially given the current situation with Covid-19. Both cabinets required a little persuasion with a rubber mallet to put on the final side but not a big problem and not enough to lose a star.

Not fit for purpose
The units are completely not fit for purpose unless you add brackets and screws and even then they do not fit properly, they are supposed to click together but without adding brackets etc, when you move them to put the legs on they fall apart.
If I had more time I would have sent them back but as it stands I am left with a sink unit cupboard which will end up on the fire as I do not trust it.
The legs that are supplied have holes for 4 screws but only 8 are supplied
will not be using this company again.
