I’ve used this company before and as always this time they have been great. Very helpful with advice and offered a good solution to my needs

Fast delivery, high quality cabinets.

as kitchen fitter please beware that not all the cabinets click together as easy as it is said, the larger cabinets especially and clamps and glue plus screws have had to be used . (photos available)
Also if any parts are damaged after installation no spares are available and a whole new cabinet no matter the cost has to be ordered
another major problem i have discover that you need extra shelves after installation you cannot buy any
they simply do not do them and if you want some more its either make them yourself (easier in white than other colours ) or again buy a whole new cabinet just to get the extra shelves

Have used this company several times and each time the service has been outstanding. The communication throughout the process is amazing and the prices are always great.

Delivery as promised. Box undamaged, however when fitter opened it the unit was damaged on a corner.

Excellent customer service when I made a couple of ordering errors. Katie was very courteous and helpful, advising what I needed to do and helping sort out replacement product and returns.
Quality of kitchen units is great and overall finish and sturdiness is up there with the best….for a lot less. Highly recommend.

Had decided to order from here after issues with Wickes and It was the best decision we made. Firstly email responses were prompt, friendly but informative and professional every time.
I needed a slight adjustment to the delivery which was sorted out within 30 mins of emailing them.
Order process was straight forward with an email the day before giving dispatch info etc.
Day of delivery DX driver was just as good by splitting the pallet for us to allow us to check the boxes individually and then took the pallet away which saved us from having the worry of trying to dispose of it.
quality is far superior than items brought for twice as much.
It is rare that a company can deliver on every aspect from start to finish at such a high level whilst also being reasonably priced.

Kitchen cupboard

Item was as described. It arrived well packaged, no damage on transit and was very easy to assemble. It was delivered well within time schedule.

Finally, a site where you can just buy the bits you need, in my case 2 cabinets without doors. The right size, easy to select, and the click build is really simple, literally took 5 minutes including reading the instructions. Delivery was quick, prices were good, that's all you need from a supplier.

The cabinets are good quality and easy to assemble. One of the shelf fixings was too loose to stay in. It would have been better if screws were provided for the legs as they were easily dislodged when moving the cupboard into place. The company confirmed despatch and the delivery arrived on time.

I had an issue with a late delivery due to the courier (not an issue with the company dispatching my item which was on time). I gave Flat Pack Kitchens one call and they quickly chased everything up and called me back within 10 minutes. Issue solved!!.
The item was exactly what I wanted and 1 was really pleased with the polite, prompt and professional customer service I received.

Sample goods arrived promptly via courier.

Ordering was straightforward and the couple of queries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Delivery was quick and exactly as promised and the unit is as described.
The only problem I have is that it's a bit wobbly on its legs: this wouldn't be a problem if fitted into a range of units (which it's designed for) but as we're using it as a 'stand alone' cupboard I'll have to find some way of steadying it.
Apart from that, it seems sturdy and well made.
Happy with my purchase!
