Love this watch

This watch was on sale at Christmas but by the time I received answers from my back and forth questions about it, and then made up my mind to get it, it was no longer on sale. I contacted the customer service about my dilemma and was delighted to hear from a representative, named Max, that l will be given the watch at the advertised price .
Initially, l encountered some problems setting it up but thankfully, Max responded promptly to all my questions with step by step details on what to do. The manual is somewhat limited with instructions in navigating the numerous features packed into this marvellous little device.Also helpful was google AI in answering my questions when l had to wait for a reply from fitvii due to the time difference being in North America.
I have had my watch running smoothly now for a week. It is true that the blood pressure reading is not as accurate as your Omron but if you calibrate your reading from this in your h band to your device then you will get a close approximation as to your BP (As Max provided in a previous review) .
I am just loving the many features of this watch especially using its phone as the voice reception is quite clear. Also, a big plus is the voice assistant feature that l just discovered which is helpful for this senior.

Max was super efficient in reviewing the issue with my GT5 Max Pro and kindly offered a repair or replacement at a heavily discounted price. I chose the replacement.

I had an issue with geeting my order filled prior to my leaving Canada. A custoemr servic person, Max, was very helpful and responsive. He responded to my queries promptly and provided me advice as to how I can get myu order filled. I am very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Qudos to Max. Give the man a raise.

The person who took time to explain things to me is Mr Max. Great guy. I wish all customer service people are like him. He wrote a lengthy explanation on the issues I was dealing with. Thank you Max. The problem was not solved due to the device's limitations but nevertheless I came out feeling relieved.

I was really pleased with it .
As I had a recent heart problem I ordered this watch as it had blood pressure measuring
However I soon found out that the blood pressure measurements it gave me were inaccurate.
The rest of the watch is great just a little disappointed

I ordered the wrong product so contacted Fitvii for a refund. Ma at the customer service centre got back in touch by email within a couple of hours and my refund was processed at the same time. My personal experience of Fitvii was outstanding. My experience seems to be in contrast to some other customers comments, but I can only reflect my personal experience.

I ordered the FitVII GTS PRO MAX Smartwatch from the website and found out afterwards about a 20% discount. I notified the company requesting the discount. The customer assistant Max provided excellent service. He gave me the discount immediately. Great customer service. I am waiting for delivery and I'm excited to start using my Smartwatch.

When I received my order it was incorrect so contacted the company. I explained the issue and it was corrected in a timely manner. Then another issue came up which I questioned and Max quickly explained why it was handled that way. Max was truly helpful and handled the issue in a very timely manner. Thank you.

Stay away.
The product was wildly and dangerously inaccurate in its BP readings. I was promised an upgrade. Exactly the same model eventually arrived. The customer support was slow and AI generated. They promised me a refund but only if I removed 1* Trustpilot review ratings, then after offering refund said when I replied it was outside their 30 day refund period.As you will have guessed I have not received a refund.

Always read the reviews. Then you get the full story. Don't rely on the star rating!! I've learned the hard way!!

The product is useless. A toy. Data is not reliable. I was awake for an hour and it did not notice! To return for a refund you must send to USA. An expensive lesson.
