I recently had fitted wardrobes and a dressing table from this company.
I randomly found them on social media and was really close booking my jobs with another company but thought let me get another quote.
The designers who came out were amazing, very friendly people listened to what i wanted but also gave their own ideas on what they think would suit.
From time of booking to time of installation I contacted them numerous times with ideas that I wanted changed and things added, and no matter what time of day i messaged them I got an instant reply back.
Come day of fitting i had 2 different set of fitters on different days but both sets were amazing and polite, they respected my home and kept everything protected, would ask me to check the fitting regularly and if I wanted anything changed thry were happy to do so.
I can't recommend this company enough, I am so glad I went ahead with them to create my dream bedroom.. Thank you

A great company to work with, efficient, professional, huge range of samples to choose from, great architect who designed the space exactly to our expectations, they communicated well throughout the process, flexible finance options available to suit our needs, the wardrobes were fitted within an agreed timescale with no delays. An excellent customer focused business. The job was done very tidy, the assembling team was polite throughout. Highly recommend this business for your furniture solutions, I'd definitely use them again!

Our experience with the team was fantastic from start to finish. Ghagan was very attentive to our requirements. We got 2 media walls and wardrobe fitted and they look amazing. The team did an amazing job and they was clean and tidy!

We have our master bedroom wardrobe from Smiths. It has been now 6 months as we are so happy with that. From design to fitting, everything was so smooth. Top notch quality. Competitive price and customer satisfaction is in the centre. We were really happy to work with them and if I need anything else in the house, I would definitely go with this company. No need to have an adventure. Highly recommended.

We have had 2 bedrooms, study room, living room, TV units and quite a few other things fitted by Smiths' so where do I start, let's break it down by different experiences;

Planning
Gagan came around couple of times and every time he visited, he made us feel that we have entire day to decide and plan. Having seen quite a lot "others", there only target was to do a quick sell and move on However Gagan spent significant amount of time with lot of patience and genuine interest in how wardrobes (and other units) should be built to ensure this benefits us as a family.

Execution
Smith's team turned up as promised and work was done as planned, team was really accommodating and they ensured that work is done as planned.

Completion
Project was executed as planned with all the timelines met - no delays, no issues no escalations. Most importantly, team left everything clean and tidy.

I would recommend Smiths' very highly and our experience has been amazing.

I only have one small feedback to share - hopefully this will help improve customer experience i.e. have an electrician part of the team as that would help a lot, avoiding getting an external electrician and co-ordination with two different teams.

We have just had wardrobes fitted in two bedrooms, our master and a walk in wardrobe. The process with Smiths has been brilliant from start to finish. I cannot thank Lohitha our designer enough, she is incredible and an asset to the company. She answered messages at all times, made the perfect design and supported us throughout the process. Robin has also been amazing and incredibly helpful ensuring everything has gone smoothly with the fitting. We had a few issues and he resolved them without any hassle. The fitters were also brilliant, worked incredibly hard and to a very high standard. We can’t thank Smiths enough and will definitely be using them for our office and living room next!

From my first free quote visit by Shareef to placing my fitted furniture for my new home Smiths did not dissapoint.Both Zakia and Shareef went all out of their way to giveme my dream furniture for my bedroom, living room and dinning room.Shareef took very good care to get all the details in place and kept me informed.They made my designs come alive and possible.Cannot Thank them enough.A special mention to the great installation team of Amir and the Sadar boys who did the superb installation for me and took such good care to do a great job of getting it all together. We had display cabinet, storage cupboards, office room fitted by Smiths. Professional standard in all the work from measuring, redesigning and the fitting. Also when there was an issue, immediately responded and resolved the issue promptly. Fitters who came to do initial work and later came to find the issue are very friendly and professional too. Overall good customer service and they are very professional in solving the issues after they completed the work. Have used Smiths in past for wardrobe - reused because of the quality of their work!
Its the same again! will reuse them when needed.

The sales team are very responsive and insightful. Aman acted not only as sales, but designer, he listened to my voices, ideas, and concerns and provided feedback on the design. The customer service team provided an immaculate support during the fitting of my wardrobe, and provided an effective alternative solutions to a slight hiccup that we had.

We have had 3 rooms fitted with wardrobes and we are beyond thrilled with them. Ranjeet initially came round and gave us plenty of ideas/designs and his professionalism was second to none. Within 24 hours we had paid our deposit and had a date booked in for the wardrobes to be fitted. All 3 rooms took 2 days in total to fit and the fitters were great and clearly take pride in their work. I would recommend Smiths to anyone and will be using them again for other projects.
