The item you ordered was part of a preorder, and unfortunately, the arrival of the container bringing this product into stock was delayed. We completely understand your frustration and regret that we did not proactively update you about the delay, that was an oversight on our part.
Additionally, our review requests are automatically sent out after orders are placed, even for preorder items, which is why you received the survey before receiving your product. We realise how confusing and premature that must have felt.

I think you may have ordered a walking pad rather than a treadmill, if you would prefer one with a handle please feel free to contact our customer service team on 018167510 and they can look into swapping your order. Please note treadmills are more expensive so there may be an increase in the price if you wish to go for a treadmill instead.

Great products and simple easy to use website. The staff were fantastic about answering my questions and even more fulfilled my order over Whatsapp before I was ready to pay. They managed to squeeze in an early delivery for me too. I've never seen such good customer service and accomodations. Really, bravo!

Great Overall Experience despite a bump in the Road
Good website , easy ordering experience and delivery received in a timely manner. Equipment received is of a good quality and standard.
Was one issue in that one item on the order did not arrive, but how the team at Fitness Equipment Ireland dealt with it is why I gave them the 5 stars. Clear acknowledgment of issue (to be fair was a courier issues as opposed to something in their control), strong support on resolving this with the courier and all dealt with in a pleasant way (Thanks Tom).
100% will be ordering the rest of my home gym equipment from Tom and the team, also didn't realise until now they were an Irish company ...come on you boys in green!
