Szczegóły produktu
An AB wheel makes tightening and toning your stomach an easy, fun task that produces excellent results. The simple design means its an ultra portable piece of equipment which makes using it at home convenient and practical. While carrying it to the gym or on the go is also an easy option. Not only does the AB wheel target the stomach but it also trains the biceps triceps , quads hips and glutes making this a more rounded full body workout perfect for all athletes.
