I've had Triller Tv for 2 months now and for 7 months in 2025 as well. I've never experienced the things other users complain about whether it's on my Android, my iPad or my Samsung tv, so I'm guessing it most likely is their internet speed that's the issue. It is also not true that there's no free PPVs On the contrary you get the entire AEW back catalogue including every PPVs from 2019 to mid 2025 for free! But of course only if you pay for AEW+ instead of the Triller subscription. But that being said the app on the Samsung smart tv is not able to save the program you are watching if you are stopping halfways and wants to watch the rest later. And there's some major issues with the sound lacking a bit. But since it's wrestling it's only an issue when watching the promos. That's the only time it's annoying that the mouths movements doesn't match the sound. So Triller is still the best for everything not WWE pro wrestling wise...

Had this app since 2024, i had Triller because of Liga Portugal rights. I had constantly problems with buffering while watching matches. I have now got rid of it because these clowns have decided to drop Liga Portugal rights in mid season.

Worst Smart TV app experience imaginable. Cancelled all subscriptions like AEW Plus. For a company this big and profitable to have such a poor app is an incredible failure in basic customer experience. Do better.

Yes I've tried every troubleshooting step possible. The app sucks.

I pay $9.99 for wwe network and get all PPV included. I tried this app and paid $7.99 for nothing but crap not worth watching. No PPV included. Was a waste of money and time.

Have been a customer for many years on Fite. Have bought many ppvs etc from here. For the most part these have worked okay, although it is not uncommon to experience a lot of buffering (regardless of internet speed etc). But the issue I’m unhappy with is an AEW ppv I recently watched (Double or Nothing). For the entire event the ppv sound was out of sync which made it a very hard watch. I got in touch with their customer support, but all they in summary did is blame the issue on me and my smart tv and the fact that I did not watch live, which from my point of view is not helpful at all. Eventually I gave up as instead of helping with my query, they kept making excuses. I have unfortunately already purchased an AEW bundle of ppvs, so hopefully the other ones work better, otherwise it will be a total waste of money.

I deserve a year free. I have been trying to sign in for over 6 months to fite TV and nothing works. Now I realize why your review are 2.3 stars. I've had a plumbing business for 49 years and have 121 5 star reviews out of 123. Maybe I should run this joint.

I ordered a while back fite+ and a few of the subscriptions like triller, NWA, etc. When they were all about to expire I went in and cancelled them all as its not really worth the price when you still have to buy PPV. I saw charges from this weekend from fite and logged in to see what happened. All of my subscriptions were active again and furthermore I was charge for 50 DIFFERENT PPV events over the last couple months that I did not order. Obviously will be dealing with the card company and Braintree because I know they aren't gonna do anything. I requested the IP of all logins and streams but the privacy policy bla bla. Even though my privacy or finances mean nothing, the account robbers privacy is most important.

Don't waste your money for events that'll keep buffering forever (and my internet is very fast and reliable), also you'll chase your refund forever

What a deceiving service followed but absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased an entire weekend of StarcastV which was supposed to include Ric Flair's Last Match PPV. I was able to watch everything live until until the PPV, which didn't come up at all. Despite the description of what I bought saying it included the PPV, it did not.

So before I go on about their customer support, the service in itself was horrible. Delays at the start of the shows. Sound issues everywhere. Buffering issues no matter what device I use (TV, Table, Laptop or Phone, etc). I can't see how anyone can pay for anything on there.

Then there was the customer support, who absolutely insisted that the package I bought did not include the PPV. When I pointed out to this customer support they told me that I bought the after shows and the PPV was not included still and that had to be bought separately despite this never being mentioned on the package. They then told me that what I sent them to show for the description was not the package I bought, even though it was a direct link to the package I bought and under my profile!

At the end, they eventually credited me the amount for the PPV in itself through their FITE credits but it was almost 2 hours later after going back and forward. This alone made me want to drink and I don't even drink! This service either needs a major overhaul or all the good content needs a different platform!

You send a email in reference to a PPV being cancelled but the PPV wasn’t cancelled. The PPV event actually got moved to another platform for cheaper. How do you charge a higher price for a PPV and a lower platform then yours can charge a lesser price? I would also like to know why you would lie to your consumers about a PPV being cancelled instead of telling them it got moved to another platform? Bad business.

I have proof here was no issue with this as I live streamed my own commentary of the event with Jake PAUL on NERDOMETER YouTube. It ran smooth, was on time, it was fight after fight no like breaks, people on this site are bad reviewers because just because a event has much music or breaks is not fites problem, and your internet is not fites problem I have fast net and had no glitch or anything. REALLY GOOD FOR JAKE VS TYRON WOODLEY 2 EVENT ..

I bought a PPV fight and it buffered all the way through. Ridiculous! My Wi-Fi is high speed as well and never had trouble streaming from other sources. FITE TV completely stole my money.

I was happy with my AEW plus subscription but since last month I was having issues with finding the AEW channel and I start checking on my browser not in the app and I find that the subscription are no longer available in my territory. I don’t receive any email, they continue to charge my account and I find the information by myself. Very disappointing. I was happy but from today I’m not trusting this app no more.
