After we left, in less than 30 mins all our requests and actions were solved. Great experience. This is the way banking should be !

Awesome onboarding experience
We were referred by an existing customer. The entire onboarding experience was a smooth and helpful one. Rathish helped us settle in Seattle with so much of ease by providing us a detailed explanation of the different products (Bank, Auto loan, Renters insurance and overdraft) that we went for. He also advised how to build credit history and the typical pitfalls. I don't think bigger banks provide such a service especially when you relocate into US.
