Excellent support from Mayra, Cara and the First Tech team in Santa Rosa.. as usual. This is a friendly and capable team that has always gone the extra mile to provide exceptional in person service. In this case, I was trying to transition names on my account also involving the issuing of cards and printing of an exceptionally long name. I visited the branch today and got help from Mayra, who showed me my credit card rewards points and helped me redeem them for cash. Thanks for letting me know about my credit card rewards!
