The delivery was very good arrived much earlier than first advised. The garden statue was packaged very well too. The actual product is great. Would highly recommend this company

Over the moon with this sofa.as said on other reviews a lot bigger then on photos. bit of noise when sitting on but to be expected for the very low price. Overall very happy

Little late with delivery, but they did text to inform me, friendly delivery man, very obliging

If I could score 0 stars I would.
Order placed on 6th October, heard nothing regarding the delivery since.
Called them on 15th October to ask for an update, vague answer given of “oh it should be dispatched next week”.
Two weeks pass by, again nothing.
Called again, 25th October, the guy on the phone advises me that he can’t get through to the manufacturers and that he will call or email me back with an update. Guess what, I don’t hear anything again.
Email sent on 28th asking for an update, no response. Shock.
Called again, 29th October, at this point they decide to tell me that they are no longer able to fulfil my order as they have decided not to sell the chairs individually anymore. When exactly they were planning on letting me know this I’d love to know. Almost 4 weeks since my order was submitted. They’ve just left me waiting here for this chair to arrive with no updates, appalling service. Now I’m stuck with 2 chairs and one missing with their only resolution being I buy a pair when I only need one. Bloody ridiculous. Scam company.

Boxes was damaged,and leather bed have have couple dents,and scratches,i paid £950,could be more careful with such furniture.I
wrote to e-mail so still no one answered me.

Can’t fault the company ordered sat they were with me on the Wednesday

The order we placed was for my uncle in a care home, unfortunately we never received a tracking number once sent so didn’t even know it had been delivered until we rang to enquire. However the furniture is brilliant and he is very happy.

Very quick delivery and good product. Available while other retailers didn't have it.

Website says in stock 3-5 days delivery . 14 days on and not even a delivery date . Spoken to them twice very vague response , should be with you later this week or next week ! Not impressed . Won’t use them again if my bed ever turns up .

I can only give 3 stars at the moment as my table is delayed until end of November. No deposit feature available so they have kept my full £1000 payment. I was telephoned to be informed to which I was grateful, as some reviews say poor communication. I'll amend and increase my rating should my table arrive early or on time and if I am kept up to date with the backorder.

Very good, delivery cold be done little sooner

Item shown as in stock on website. Then I get a call saying its not in stock and will be here in three weeks. Then another call saying they have oversold and I won't be getting it at all. Telephone staff surly at best. Two stars because at least they refunded my money promptly.

I ordered an egg chair - a week later after hearing nothing I called them up - it took awhile for them to locate my order and the guy on the phone said he would call me back the same day before 5 to let me know when I’d receive the chair.

I didn’t hear back - I had to call again the next day, where without hesitation I was told there was no known date of delivery for my item. I requested a refund.

If I hadn’t of chased them up, I’m guessing they wouldn’t have told me a thing and they’d still have my money.

Absolutely useless company. Delivery drivers take photos of half of the product then the company claim these are enough to cover it wasn’t damaged despite damage being in an area that wasn’t photod.

Ali in customer services is rude, arrogant and a waste of time contacting, surprised the company is still about. Avoid if I were you.

When emailing Customer Services asking about my older got no reply, the items arrived today after unpacking one chair doers not site level on the patio one leg is shorter than the other, not that impressed for the amount of money it cost.
