Purchased a torelli dining table and a stacking coffee table. From the initial call to enquire about availability and timing of delivery the service has been excellent. Videos were shared on WhatsApp to show the quality and I was promised delivery before Christmas, recommended to use the white glove service. the tables arrived yesterday, were assembled and rubbish taken away.

We had ordered a table from 2 other retailers and then both had cancelled at short notice. We searched everywhere and my partner couldn’t find any other one she liked. Luckily we found First Furniture online. I messaged the WhatsApp number on the site and was replied to in a timely manner by a helpful member of Staff, they passed me onto Bilal who was great. We went through the options and were also offered a link alternatives that had yet to be uploaded to the site as they were new in stock. My partner found one and Bilal done all he could to help. We were recommended the delivery and installation service as the table was heavy and we took it. We were promised it would arrive before Xmas and they kept to their promise as it was delivered today the 19th Dec. We were kept informed throughout the process and the delivery team were polite and installed the table and removed the cardboard etc leaving our home spotless. They gave cleaning instructions and a quick demonstration on how to lengthen/shorten the table. It is of great quality and my partner loves it! we would have no issue using this company again. First class from start to finish

I love my Ophelia dresser, though the delivery was later than anticipated the item was lovely and the delivery drivers were polite and efficient. Morale responded promptly to all my queries which was super helpful.

I ordered lamps from First Furniture online and at the time was unaware that they were part of Morale Furnishings. Morale is my go to furniture shop as they have so much stock on display and I always see too much that I would like to buy. When my lamps were delivered to the shop, they were delivered to my home on the same day by a member of staff, which I believe is a first class service. I would highly rate both the shop, the online service and the very helpful staff.

It was delivered today promptly and well packaged.

Very good experience overall with this company. The delivery was one day late, but this was apparently due to the delivery company which is a third-party. Once assembled two of the cushions of the garden furniture were defective.
I contacted the company via WhatsApp and received an instant response assuring me that the cussions would be replaced. It took some time due to having to wait for the manufacturer but the cushions were replaced to my satisfaction.

It’s a big plus that the company use WhatsApp for communication and they are extremely quick to respond.

I would definitely recommend this company.

Very good experience. Garden furniture was significantly cheaper than elsewhere and although delivery was a little longer than advertised (due to a stock issue), communication was very good and when the item became available it was rushed out with next day delivery. Very pleased. Thank you!

Fantastic company. Couldn't have been anymore helpful.
I wanted 2 mirrors but was going away for a few days and was try to juggle delivery. They said they would keep the mirrors back and send as soon as I was home. Communication was perfect all the way through. I actually got a call from the delivery driver saying he could drop mirror that day if it was convenient so I was extremely happy. The driver was polite and respectful and helped me unwrap to check for any potential damage. There wasn't any. Lovely looking mirrors, great quality. I would 100% recommend.

Customer service was quick to respond. Had an issue with the table but was resolved efficiently and the communication whilst I awaited a replacement table was brilliant.
