My experience with Firmstrong Bikes was some what troubling...in a good way. Reaching a decision on which type of beach bike to purchase was difficult due to the options available, which was a pleasant surprise.
Finally, after several days of reading reviews and researching the reliability of the companies' response to consumers I was sold.
Matte black, three speed - 26 inch Urban Man was the choice.
Shipping was a positive experience as was a reasonable amount of assembly. The links to Beach Bikes video library help with any questions concerning the care and maintenance.
Overall, for the money spent... a true value in bicycling!

When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.

I ordered a bike for my daughter on December 5th. Website said ships in 6 days. I called on December 16th because I received no further information. I was told not only that the bike wasn’t in stock but also that they didn’t have any ETA for my order. Terrible service. I had sent emails too but got no response at all via email or social media message.

I love this bike! It was super easy to put together. I like the simplicity and comfort. It's been a lot of fun to ride. My husband and I both use it!

We ordered two bikes to take with us on camping trips. Was looking for something affordable, yet high quality and with a cool design style. These bikes turned out to fit this perfectly! Easy to put together and they look great. We have only used them a few times, but are enjoying them!

I ordered a Firmstrong Beach Cruiser and this bike is awesome. Better than anticipated. Solid construction, smooth finishes. Some assembly was required but very easy to do. I did order during the pandemic which caused Delivery delays but the company did their best to keep me updated.

I ordered my Sons bike a little after Covid19 hit full blown and didn’t read any reviews because well Firmstrong is a really great strong bike so I didn’t feel the need to. We did have a little scare with some confusion and not knowing what was going on with the order but all that aside the bike was delivered about a week after I ordered. I admit I didn’t think I would get anything for the whole week.
We have 2 Firmstrong Beach Cruisers that are great Bikes all around! Lightweight, they look great. We get tons of compliments on both. One is about 3 plus years old and looks as good as the day we bought it. Love these bikes.

I ordered my bike early in the pandemic, and it took months to receive it. That said, I received regular email updates from Firmstrong advising of COVID-related delays with their manufacturers, etc, all of which I thought was understandable and I chose not to cancel my order and wait it out. When I finally received the bike, it was easy to assemble and in great condition. I'm really happy with it and glad I held out.

Ordered bike for daughters graduation in April 13, 2020, received Fed-Ex tracking info.etc. .bike never received,.called,I was told their out of stock!,.email stated to provide a $50.0 refund,..never received!..Finally received bike in November, parts missing/decals, etc...BUYER BEWARE!..to file a claim with Amex

We ordered my daughters bike December 3. Have not heard anything on shipping and even paid for 2 day shipping. No communication with the company. I am going to have a 8 year old girl in tears Christmas Morning . Tried calling , email and live chat. Nothing ...

Bikes were extremely delayed due to Covid but the frequent updates you sent were great. I do not blame you guys for the shipping delays so great job otherwise

High praise to the Firmstrong customer service team for their frequent communications on our order status! I likely would have cancelled the order, but the team kept me updated regularly on the COVID-related delays, and once the bike finally arrived was a joyous moment! I'm glad we stuck with it, the bike is really cool!!

Love the bike, hate the wait. I ordered early in the pandemic although apparently not early enough. Ordered originally on Amazon, got email it shipped but didn't arrive and then told it was on backorder. Switched order to Firmstrong website itself and waited through many, many months. Once bike arrived I was very happy with the quality. Assembly was easy. Happy to be able to go on bike rides with my daughters.
