Firma Stella Sports Memorabilia Recenzje

I can’t recommend Firma Stella highly enough. Over the years, I’ve ordered more than six items from them, and every experience has been exceptional. Their attention to detail is unmatched—each piece arrives perfectly wrapped, professionally framed, and accompanied by constant delivery updates. What truly sets them apart is the after-sales care: Peter, the Founder & CEO, along with his team, personally follow up to ensure everything has arrived safely and meets expectations. Firma Stella is my go-to destination for sporting memorabilia.

Great customer service and expertly packaged and delivered

Ordered two signed tops, Fantastic value & professional wrapped plus emailed Jo regarding delivery time & had reply ASP, Highly Recommended 👍

Just received another framed shirt from this incredible company for my nephew's 21st. They could not have been more helpful with timings and making the gift very personal. Even changing the photo and wording on the plaque. Can't wait for the next birthday so I can order another one. Jo in particular was incredible.

Fanatic service from Jo and the rest of the team. The entire process from placing the order to delivery was fantastic. I placed the order which went through with no problems. I received an email from Jo informing me that a small delay on delivery was likely due to an unforeseen issue with a member of staff. Jo asked me if I needed the item for a specific date to which I advised that ideally I would get it before the end of the following week, however I aware that this may not have been possible. A few minutes later I received a follow up email informing me that she would ensure I received the item by the date I mentioned. I received the item 2 days prior to the date given which obviously I was very happy with. The item itself was perfect. Excellent quality, framing is superb and the packaging was equally as good. My partners response was ‘wow, that looks cool’. Overall, It’s a very nice item at a very reasonable price. Thank you to Jo and the rest of your team. Matt

I have been buying off Firma Stella for 8 years. The products are first class and their customer service is second to none. Many thanks to Jo for amazing service and I look forward to buying more of your signed framed shirts before Christmas. They make great presents and are ideal for fund raising for our chosen charities. Thanks again.

Good product and great service. Jo was a great help with my order.

Very helpful and amazing quality of the products.

Honestly if I could rate the service and the communication any higher I definitely would 10/10 generally isn't enough. Jo the customer adviser goes above and beyond and is a joy to deal with. Beyond happy with my purchase and extremely happy with the price I paid, a 20/21 Palace shirt but signed by last seasons squad, including the likes of Glasner, Eze, Wharton, Hughes, Richards, Mitchell, JPM, Lerma, Clyne etc.

Easy process ordering the price was so good to , and when it arrived I wasn't disappointed perfectly framed and a great size for the wall, my son will be over the moon on Xmas morning

Item received just as expected and great customer service.

I can only say I've had the best experience ever, i bought a product and sadly got lost thru the delivery process, but thanks to Jo Williams from costumer service i was able to get it. Can't be thankful enough for her service, help and patience throughout the process. Will definitely keep buying products from FrimaStella.

Legitimate Product - delivered on time. Sometimes, rather than a paragraph of AI drivel, it's better to tell it how it is. I saw something I liked, from an era very dear to me and the price was outstanding. Delivery was smooth and now it hangs on my wall. I've amassed a fairly huge collection now and this slots in nicely.

Ordered from this fab company a couple of times. Great communication and fab items! Thanks so much!

Highly recommended. Bought a signed Ireland Rugby jersey. Very well packed. Great communication. Overall a very positive experience with this company.

Dealing with Firma Stella has been such a pleasant experience. In specific, my dealings with Jo. I had a little issue that resulted in me returning part of my order and Jo has been an absolute star. Patient, understanding and genuinely so lovely to be on communication with. She’s a huge credit to the company, it’s not often you have someone handle a situation the way she has and I’m so grateful for making the experience smooth. Will be ordering our new frame next week as they are BRILLIANT!! Thanks so much
