Definitely recommended this company
Paul did a good deal on the SonicWall I required. I've done business in the past with Paul and responses are always super quick and very reasonable if not the best prices. I wont be looking anywhere else the next time I require a Sonicwall. Just to note, I was unable to buy just 1 SSLVPN licence for a SonicWall from any other company in the past in Australia, I always had to buy 5 but I was able to get just the extra 1 required from Firewalls4now.

Poor timeframes (took almost a week to …
Poor timeframes (took almost a week to receive the device) and poor courier (Startrack) claim to have attempted delivery but they did not. Also did not leave a note - then have not delivered the goods the following day after request to do so either - had to drive to their depo to receive the goods 2 days after they were meant to be delivered. Poor service all around

Hi, Thank you for your review. On the day of your order, we did contact you to let you know the item was out of stock as they were really new units. We indicated at the time it would be 7 days and in fact we shipped to you within 5. I am really sorry to hear that StarTrack did not deliver then correctly but this is the first I knew about that issue and would have happily worked with StarTrack if I had been given the chance. I am sorry we let you down in this instance. Paul
