It looks like a glitch occurred when your first payment attempt was declined, which incorrectly flagged that the voucher had already been used. I completely understand how confusing and annoying this must have been.
The good news is the issue is now resolved, and the voucher should work correctly if you’d still like to place your order. Know your own web site
We have used Fire protection a few times with no problems..
We ordered a 1 hour loft hatch which had 2 sizes for next day delivery & you could order bespoke which would take longer obviously..
We ordered the larger of the 2 sizes expecting delivery. When we called to see where the hatch was after 3 days we we told that that they are not next day delivery.. I said you give 2x sizes that the web site say's are next day.. I suggest the representative who showed little interest did not know their web site. When the hatch did arrive there was a large label saying "report damage within 24 hours"..
The corners where dented & the polystyrene was all broken. Even the delivery driver saw the funny side of the large label over the broken polystyrene..

I've shared your comments with our team and we have now updated the wording on our website to make it clearer that these particular products aren’t available for next working day delivery — regardless of whether they’re bespoke — due to their nature.
We’ve also passed on your comments about the packaging to our supplier. If you ever receive a damaged item in future, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement right away. Sadly, not all couriers handle parcels with the same care we would.
