Fireplacesaver Recenzje

Saw these guys on pininterest, I got in touch n told them my vision, they understood the assignment, came all the way from Bradford to Market Drayton and delivered first class service. My lounge looks amazing. Thanks guys for your professional service from the start to the end

From first contact the team at Fireplacesaver have been great. I dealt with Harry and he was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. He was also very helpful in planning which fire place would be best and how the work would be completed.
The work was them completed by Mo and his colleague. Both very friendly and the quality of work is exceptional. Regularly checked with me as he was building the fire place and ensured we were happy with the style. Very tidy as they went and very nice guys!

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. No question was too much for Harry, and he answered very quickly. Mo and his team were excellent, polite, helpful and were perfectionist’s.. they did an amazing job , nothing was too much trouble, friendly, really hard workers and didn’t stop. Took the time to show us how it all worked. Left my living room spotless!! Fully recommend

Absolute brilliant communication from start to finish, competitive pricing and an absolute wonderful fitting team. When the fitters arrived they got straight onto the job and it is done to perfection. They left the area cleaner than before they started. Highly recommend.

I could not recommend this company enough. Aaron was very helpful and the process to get booked in for a media wall was very simple. The men that came to install the media wall were lovely and worked hard. I love it!

This company is amazing i highly reccomend them to anyone. Aaron was my first point of contact and he made sure everything went smoothly right until installation. The fitting team were very polite and answered any questions i had and they left the house in a immaculate condition. Highly reccomend

Excellent friendly helpful and efficient service from start to finish. Fitters arrived on appointed day and fitted everything perfectly with no fuss and tidied up when they finished. Dealt mainly with Harry in the office and he was brilliant. No hesitation recommending them all

Superb company & customer service. Aaron was brilliant in organising everything. We didn’t have to do anything. The fitters were so polite & friendly, & attention to detail was second to none. Have already recommended to friends & would certainly use them again

Excellent company, Aaron was very friendly and responsive with his messages and phone calls.
The fitters were just amazing, attention to detail, polite, respectful, cleaned up after themselves every day. They were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Would happily have them back. Thanks guys.

Excellent communication. Professional friendly fitters. Cannot fault the service. Thank you

Fantastic service, seamless from start to finish. Left everything in Aaron’s hands and everything went to plan! Great company!

Could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Aaron was so helpful in giving advice on styles and sizes and despite the fact that they are in Bradford and I'm in Maidstone, the customer service was as if I'd actually been in the showroom in person. There was a slight hiccup with the size of fireplace that was initially delivered (due to me changing the order) but Harry was able to ensure that this was all resolved and with the highest priority in time for the fitters to work their magic! So happy with the end result and the finish is incredibly clean considering the plastering that the job requires. Thanks so much!

Great attentive customer care from start to finish. Aaron was great throughout, And the installation team were also great, what a thoroughly accomplished job very pleased with everything and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service from the very first message to the day our media wall was installed. Aaron constantly kept us up to date and couldn’t have been more helpful. Then the fitters who came listened to exactly what we wanted and were fantastic. Would 100% recommend!

Brilliant service throughout the process. Harry from the showroom was very responsive, answered all my questions and kept me updated. Mo and his team of fitters are very talented and did a accurate clean job, and again answered any questions I had. I will be recommending to others and using again.

Excellent service. Everything explained in detail. Installation guy was professional, friendly & very helpful. The media wall looks amazing. Thank you for such a good experience. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing from start to finish! We initially found Fireplace Saver on Facebook and after speaking to one of there sales team, Rob in particular, we quickly firmed up a build date. Took 2 days in total and was smooth sailing through out!! 5 Star all day!!
