Thank you for the feedback. We have a 30 day return policy on all items unused and in there original packaging. The original order was placed on 11/20/23 and the replacement order was placed on 2/16/24 which is well outside of that window and so unfortunately we would not be able to return that item as it is outside of that window.

Fire Pits Direct shipped me the wrong…
Fire Pits Direct shipped me the wrong fire Box. I called and requested a fire box for an outdoor fire place. I ordered paid and got delivery. After being installed the Gas company informed me that it didnt put out heat because it was an indoor unit. So I called and was told they would not exchange it or credit me for the correct outdoor unit which I requested initially. Then they said they would give me a big discount on the outdoor unit. However they would never and have never given me the discount amount. So I'm stuck with a unit that I have no use for. Thousands of dollars lost. Thanks Fire Pits Direct. I've since ordered from a reputable company....
