Fantastic reasearch, funny commentary to lighten up sometimes bad news (due to current geopolitical turmoil) and their customer service is wonderful. Highly responsive and they solve the issues immediately.

High integrity / quick to resolve issues
Had a billing issue which I expected would be a headache to resolve and they couldn’t have been more helpful and prompt. Some of the best email support I’ve received.

The best financial news/learning app out there
Absolutely great narration! Suitable language for beginners in finance. Just a tad expensive for me.
One thing I would improve- offline reading so I can use it while on train.

Thanks for that thoughtful feedback! Glad our jargon-free language is doing what it's supposed to.
And you can actually download articles to read when you're offline if you have the app – you can still open the app and access your downloaded articles in it even without internet connection.
You would have to plan ahead a little and download what you want before losing internet connection, but it's a good option for lots of users when they know they're about to enter areas without connection like on a long train journey or flight, and a great opportunity to download some of the longer reads like guides and research reports.
If you're not sure how and where to, just email help@finimize.com so we can share some screen-caps and walk-throughs of the different features you might be missing.
