I brought a great entry-level filter kit from Finerfilters, and it was delivered fast, at a great price, and was easy to install. So I can recommend that in that fashion.

Excellent
Excellent, prompt, response via email and on the phone. Both staff members I corresponded with were helpful and knowledgable.
Would be happy to recommend others to check the company out.

Word-of-mouth recommendations to friends and family are so important to us! Thank you for choosing to share our company with others. I'm happy to hear that you received excellent and prompt responses when you enquired from us. Hope to hear from you again in the future.
Excellent company with great support
I did a lot of research into different Reverse Osmosis water systems in the UK, and eventually landed on FinerFilters. I bought their system, and got it set up. I wanted to adjust the system, and their support was extremely helpful, and even gave me an extra part for free. I couldn't recommend them enough if you are looking for a full Reverse Osmosis system in the UK.

Excellent service from FinerFilters
Excellent service from FinerFilters but .......
The FinerFilters website was showing ‘out-of-stock’ for the items that I was seeking. However, an online search revealed that I could order the items that via a 3rd party and that the order would be sent out by FinerFilters. The filters arrived within 48 hours.
I will most certainly use this Company again. Hopefully, ordering might be a bit easier next time.

Hi Lexden. Thank you for your positive review! We have since moved over to a new stock-management system, so you shouldn't experience this issue again in the future. As always, we're always on the end of the phone Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm if you have any questions. Thank you once again and we hope to hear from you again soon.
