Everything went to plan

I have used Fine Coffee Club for a few years now, but I’m finally giving up on them. Their coffee is average at best, but pod functionality and Customer Service are absolutely dreadful.
Their pods take over twice as long to brew as other Nespresso compatible makes. Their Customer Service is appalling. I have emailed them on several occasions to ask why their pods take so long to brew, why they have a page on their website for loyalty bonuses which does not exist (Error 404 - Page not Found) and why so many of their orders arrive damaged.
I have not received a single reply to any of my queries.
As the major supermarkets often have offers on Nespresso compatible Capsules, which work out a couple of pence more expensive, it’s really not worth the hassle of using Fine Coffee Club.
Note: I have received no response to previous reviews from the company.

Very quick delivery

Appalling lack of communication. I have tried emailing and contacting them via social media and no response about initiating the return they promise on their website

I have been a loyal customer for several years but I’m finally giving up on them. Coffee is at best average, but the pods take almost three times as long to make a lungo as Nespresso capsules. The worst part is the customer service, which is non-existent. I have emailed many times in the past and received no responses, apart from one time when I received a damaged box capsules. Really dreadful service. I’ll be looking for another supplier.

well this company does everything well from a fast order once received to a very fast delivery and the pods i use really taste like coffee well done.

I object strongly to paying £5.99 for next day delivery, when in fact deliveries take three days to arrive. This is the second time this has happened. I have fed this back to fine coffee club and received absolutely nothing in response. So, I will be ordering from a different company next time.

My package arrived in a broken cardboard box. KIt had been crushed and the contents had also been crushed. I have asked for a replacement order but not received any acknowledgement to my email. I have been a loyal customer for many years and am particularly disappointed with this lack of support. I am njmow reviewing alternative coffee suppliers
