I thought I was ordering from Lottie…
I thought I was ordering from Lottie Shaws but for some unknown reason Find me a gift came up. I ordered a Xmas present on the 3rd December. Paid £5.95 for fast delivery. Created an account and the information stated that the present would be sent out on the 12th December. By the 21st there was still no sign of my gift being delivered. When I contacted the company they stated that it had been passed on to a delivery company and they would chase up a tracking number. They haven’t contacted me since.🤔 When I phoned to request a refund this was accepted and received a few days later. I’ve never before encountered such a lack’s a daisy couldn’t care less company. Flabbergasted!

Processing system fault resulted in double delivery of the same product
When originally placing the order your system indicated it had not been processed and so I entered another order. As it turned out both orders were processed resulting in the delivery of two products. I returned one of the items as per your returns process, but to date have not received a refund.

Missing items, no response from customer service
Sent two emails about missing items and had no response. The items that were delivered were small and looked cheap considering what I paid. I’m really disappointed as these were gifts I sent online for Christmas as I am in Australia.
On 27th December my order showed the last two items were shipped on 31st December 🤪 they were not shipped, and I’m getting zero response to my emails.

Don't like to send gift boxes

Ordered 2 personalised items at the…
Ordered 2 personalised items at the start of November. Upon receiving confirmation email it then stated they would be sent out on the 17th December. I emailed on the 15th December to make sure they would be received by Christmas. I received a reply to say they would be sent out on the 17th and I would receive a tracking number.
No tracking number was received, no further emails received, no personalised gifts received but yet they were happy to take my £160.
Followed up with customer services but no reply.
I will be reporting to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

Awful Customer Service. I emailed within 5 minutes of realising a correction needed to be made to my order only to be told the order was already processed. To add insult, the reply also stated I should have taken more care at checkout.

I have today went to unpack my order to find that my picture frame was damage, when i lifted it it went into four pieces very disappointed as it was being given later today as a Christmas present. I now have to go and buy a new frame or a new gift.

Fast delivery but returns need work
Items arrived very quickly but I needed to return a book as it was unsuitable, a few days later the sodoku cube fell apart so I returned that. I used their return labels. So far no refund or even acknowledgement
