Ordered some needohs for my children all of my orders were cancelled to then find they then findmeagift restocked but doubles the prices of needohs!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered some NeeDoh when they came in stock. Took my money then emailed 2 days later to say not enough stock. To say im frustrated and infuriated at the least. Why are the orders going through if u dont have stock. I now have to wait 5 days for my refund to try the whole battle again elsewhere. How does your website not kniw your stock levels and when they are sold out? In this day and age I find it hard to believe. Very annoyed customer and bakery upset little boy.

Ordered online and received confirmation email. Over 2 days later had email to say they didn’t have the stock. No offer of an alternative - refund can take up to 5 days. Disappointing.

Very unclear instructions. No indications that the discount code did not apply to the experience I was buying until I got to the end of the application.
The appl for an account wa# not described coherently.
As yet I have not received a voucher for the Driving experience I bought and the cost has been applied to my credit card already.
I am concerned ++++ and unhappy.

Also reading the instructions which follow is just making things much more confusing .

So far not so good, purchased a 99 pound couples mega choice voucher and expected to receive the voucher through my email. It has been 3 days now and no voucher has come through, I emailed to ask and they emailed back saying they have tried again but again no voucher has come through I then emailed back saying to send it to my alternate email address and no response. Not too happy with this.

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs!!
They missold a gift by claiming the item was available to use Monday to Sunday, but after this was bought by myself
On July 30th and requested to use it on the sunday 17th August that it was bought for, they stated it was only available Monday to Saturday. I therefore did not need this gift anymore, and requested a full refund due to them miss selling it with incorrect information on their website (which I have several screen shots of as proof). I have since sent 5 emails requesting this refund and have been ignored every single time. Still waiting for a response and stlll waiting for my refund. Bear in mind, when you email them it says they will take 2 days to get back to you - they don’t uphold this promise either. Only response I’ve ever had is them telling me to choose another date! So will obviously need to take this to the financial services authority and follow the ADR process to get this resolved.

Timely delivery but plastic box damaged and jagged where someone had clearly forced it open. Really disappointing as bought as a gift. Wouldn’t use this company again as it must have been sent like this as no damaging to the external packaging.

A simple, efficient and economical way to buy a special gift.

It’s very difficult to use have to fill out to many applications for each person so if there’s x5 of you then you have to fill out the online form for 5 times to get 5 codes that’s what I experienced to get codes for ifly also had to do a few emails for confirmation and then the ones with the codes I called them because of the confusion of it taking so long then when I did get them I had to register with ifly which I thought my details would’ve been sent to them automatically but obviously not unless you have plenty of time on your hands I would’nt bother hence my rating and it wasn’t even worth it because ifly is the biggest rip off

Excellent choice and service

I bought the Cheese Crawl in London for my son’s special Birthday and we are unable to book the event. Spend so much time on the phone to book but the system is very very unhelpful and unable to book.

The document was great but, sadly, one of the joints had broken open and had to be glued back. A very small chip was missing from the frame

Remarkably quick delivery - physical voucher arrived within 24 hours.

Came across a great deal on find me a gift for a hot air balloon experience for 2 people with also a discount when you put the code in at payment stage. Fantastic. Confirmation came through straight away.
When checking the confirmation, the price was wrong, more expensive, and the gift was only for one person. Called customer service and spoke with a nice lady, told me to email her with photos of what was advertised and she would sort it for me. A few hours later I received and email back that the advertising was incorrect and if I wanted to proceed for 2 people it would cost me an extra £200, or get my money back. I emailed back saying I would like what I ordered at the price that was advertised. No reply so far........

The Findmeagift website is fairly easy to use and there is a vast choice of gifts to choose from, delivery is always prompt, well packaged (no wasteful packaging).
The gifts are of a good quality.
My only negative comment is that they offer you 10% discount quite often but are never able to use the code, it either arrives after you have placed the order or comes up as invalid but I do find this with a lot of companies on line shopping sites
So on the whole very pleased with the company and gifts purchased
