What a waste of time.
I have just spent nearly three hours trying to order a christmas present. Every time I got to the pay by card it kept throwing me out. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Wrong item sent
I was set the wrong item . It was delt with quickly, I was told that I replacement would be sent . A few days later I looked on line and saw that the item was out of stock. I then informed you and was sent an apology and a refund. But if I hadn't looked then informed you I would still be waiting for a replacement.

My order never arrived
My order never arrived. There has been no communication about this. When I got in contact with customer services they said they would contact the supplier. I chased a few days later and customer services still have not gotten back to me. I have requested a full refund and nothing. Do not order from here.

Good site to use
I brought a couple of bits as extra presents from this site, I was really sceptical at first after a bad experience with a company called paw Love but this company was fantastic delivered within 4 days perfect as it is only a week till the big day.

I ordered two reindeer gift set was sent two chocolate Christmas dinner. Made a complaint was instructed to send it back and the correct products would be sent. I have no idea where to send it and don't think I should have to pay to return the products when it wasn't my mistake
