I think it is a very reliable solution!

The FINCI offers a very reliable solution for businesses as the company also provides good SWIFT coverage. The registration process was clear, the corporate managers clearly explained what documents would be required and it took a few days to get an account. Payments are running smoothly.

Good business account provider for corporate needs

Pretty decent business account provider for corporate needs. Using Finci with a few businesses of mine for the last few months, and it works great! What I like best is the attitude of account managers and even support team. Can definitely recommend!

Bunch of comliance monkeys who'll waste your time and money

EDIT: Changed to 1 star, their compliance team are a bunch of clowns. After the horrible experience trying to open a business account they decided to close my personal account that I use to do 2~3 transfers a month with a turnover of €400 per month due to "unacceptable level of risk" lol.

Although they seemed professional in the beginning, it turned out they weren't.

I paid €1,000 for the document review fee and spent one month going back and forth in the process. Eventually, my business account application was rejected without knowing why.

I believe when you pay €1000 upfront you deserve to know the reason. Anyway, stay away from these clowns.

Finci provides excellent payment services to business customers

Finci provides payment services to small IT-company I manage. We opened business account within less than two working days. Our account representatives are constantly doing all possible to assist running our payments frictionless and without needless efforts. All communication goes in smooth and professional manner.

I work with Finci since 2022 and saying frankly I have nothing bad to say. I have accounts for three of my companies and a personal account. The managers are always willing to help, cheap payments.

Plateforme de paiement tres efficace et tres réactive. J'utilise a titre pro et perso et je n'ai rien a redire.
Seul critique constructive, il serait judicieux d'arrêter les validations d'operations par sms avec le detail des operations sur le sms. Il serait préférable d'avoir une validation a travers l'application FINCI avec une validation biométrique ou OTP plus sécurisée et moins hasardeuse que les sms.
