We had been told by many brokers that we could not secure a mortgage, so we lost most of our hope in the process. However, despite all the negative Katie and Yasmine worked wonders and managed to secure us the mortgage we needed. We cannot thank them enough for helping us with this. Great all-round service and very speedy replies to any questions we had.

I have the best customer service with Jack and Hana
I have the best customer service with Jack, as my first point of contact followed by Hana. Jack has been readily available on a daily and at times hourly basis. He’s provided professional support to myself and made the process of securing a mortgage an “anxious” free experience. I could not recommend both Jack and Hana more to anyone who needs mortgage support. I feel extremely grateful to them both.

Rachel was an absolute star. Not only did she respond to me all the time. She was always positive and always found solutions to my problems. I'm on visa and it was especially harder for us to get a good mortgage. But Rachel single handedly pulled the whole mortgage progress always keeping me up to date and working extraordinaryly hard. The only reason I gave it 5 starts is cause I can't give it any more stars. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do the mortgage with. We had an excellent experience working with Finamply throughout our mortgage process. Special thanks to Jade, Mikah and Callum. they were very responsive and incredibly supportive every step of the way. As a first time buyer the process felt overwhelming at first and spoke with multiple brokers but they are the ones who remained consistent with us. They explained everything clearly, answered our questions quickly and always a call away. Even after our mortgage offer has been approved they are still continuing to help us.

Jess from Finamply has been absolutely amazing in helping my wife and I secure a suitable mortgage. She opened communication channels long before we found our new property and understood our requirement perfectly, clearly and effectively explaining the process throughout and answering any query or question we had immediately.
