Customer support is utter dog dirt and takes WEEKS to reply
I've been a customer for years and have used a lot of their mice, and their products have mostly served me well, but enough is enough. They have close to 0 customer support and when it comes to buying their products, there will ALWAYS be delays. Not days, not weeks, but usually months.
I ordered one of their products a year ago (which was initially to launch back in 2023) and i've heard nothing but delays. If you ask them any questions, you will either be met with no reply or false promises. To this day, i still have no clue when my order is gonna ship.
They have their own Discord where you can ask question to the team and stay updated, but i advise you to never step foot in this. The moderation team will not allow any criticism and you will not get any answers here. They advertised with "next day shipping" for one of their newer products, but weeks later there's still people who hasn't even heard anything, and has not gotten their product yet.
If you're dying to buy one of their mice anyways, just buy it from everywhere but directly from them, and pray it works out of the box. After 8 years of buying their products, this is just getting closer and closer to a scam, and i'm done,
Terrible communication about shipping progress and with delays (years of delays, 10+ delay announcements poorly communicated via discrete messages on Discord, delays of over half a year after promising every keyboard would be delivered in the next few weeks). False guarantees, even the CEO's promises wording as "Finalboy Guarantee" was broken many times.
Lack of transparency, e.g. does not reveal how many were shipped even when asked, attempting to word things in a way to hide issues/progress instead of owning up, which I feel were dishonest.
Delays are acceptable as long as there's better communication.
Other than these issues, for the price, the Centerpiece keyboard itself is good.
Has not delivered item yet, don't know if it ever will. Its been nearly a year when the timeline for delivery was 4 months. Lies about deadlines, release schedule and ships defective products. Can't be trusted or reasoned with.
Die Mäuse sind halt in Sachen Qualität wahrscheinlich Marktführer, dafür halt eben teuer.
Für Leute mit dem Hobby Peripherie ein guter Kauf.
Für Leute die nur Zocken wollen und eine Buget-Option/ generellere Option suchen sind Mäuse wie die Logitech Superlight 2 oder eine Buget-Option wie die "Attackshark X3" eine bessere Wahl.

I bought a wireless mouse, it stopped working properly 1 year after. Honestly paying twice the price of a mouse that doesn't even work wired. Just don't buy their mouse until they start making wired mouse again honestly a 120€ mouse (superlight from Logitech) is 3 types better
Terrible customer service. They don't have a place on their website for you to leave reviews for a reason. You will shell out 200 bucks and they wont even have your mouse finished. You basically pay before they even start production it seems because there is about a 4 month wait time to get a mouse from them. If you're competitive at all, dont buy this because you wont be able to get a new one when it breaks and your feedback falls on deaf / ai ears. I'm honestly so let down, I was ready to ditch razer after 15 years but I shot them an email expressing my concerns and Razer actually responded, from a person, genuinely concerned. I have sent 3 emails to finalmouse very politely asking for an eta. The only one they responded to was my request for a refund. Probably because they're legally obligated to give me my money back. This company does not deserve your money.

I have been a HUGE supporter of FINAL MOUSE as I've had 3 mice from them. That should give substance to this review if anyone reads. This is an absolute garbage company, the CEO is an egotistical maniac that tweets crazy stuff and confirms the release mice before they are properly made and QC tested. They do tell you the mouse will take a few months to ship, but why? Why even release the mouse if the units aren't ready to ship? Their cult like following of incels on their discord server further affirms the ego of final mouse, so that's why in 5-6 years (from the last review below) they still haven't changed their shipping dates problem.
Now lets move on to the mouse quality; PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR NEW MOUSE THE "ULX", I know 37g and 4k sounds amazing and a huge upgrade, but listen to me when I say, I bought the mouse (batch 2, the supposed batch that fixed the hundreds of QC issues on their batch 1) and waited 2 months! The mouse came with 3 QC issues, scroll wheel ghosting, click wobble on MB1 and MB2 and shell misplacement, AND THEN I sent it in for a fix, it came back in the EXACT same condition. It is laughable how much they do not care.
Now lets move on to their support, not much to say, it's terrible. They have no dedicated calling number, they take 48-72 BUSINESS hours to respond to emails, (which doesn't seem like a big deal, but for people that spent over $200 on a mouse that doesn't work and it being the only thing you can think about, 72 hours to respond a basic email asking for help seems like forever. Their excuse is they have MANY customers that they have to respond, what a terrible excuse, IF THEY HAVE MANY CUSTOMERS THEY NEED TO RESPOND TO, THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THEIR SERVICE.
Discord mods will not help you, instead Mizu and his mods will talk about keyboards and harass other females in their discord. I even added one girl that was harassed in the GC, I saw the comments with my own eyes, in the discord chat. She fought back and then they banned her immediately. I asked her about it and she said she was only there for shipping updates, but the incels kept poking, waving and making nasty comments to her.
The mods will take it so far as to putting in their bio that "they are not final mouse support", meaning they get so many messages asking for help, that they literally write that on their bio to stop consumers to ask them for help. Again, that should tell you the state of their company and products. I get it though, what's a lonely discord mod that doesn't even get paid, going to do for you anyways?
Next, stay with me here, let's say you are returning a mouse to get RMA'd (fixed) they will ask you for a shipping address, not a problem right? Just a shipping address? You tell them your shipping address and you expect a tracking number and label, they day of them responding right? Wrong. They will take another 48 hours to make the label for you, so a simple email for return, turns into a 4-5 business day hassle of just RECIEVING a return label. They are acting like they can't see the address it was delivered to, by simply going into their "SHOPIFY DASHBOARD" and typing your specific order number. Again, a joke.
To reiterate, I have been a final mouse supporter, but it seems that every mouse I buy from them, has an issue. Some people just live with their mouse having bad QC. Why? You spent $200 on a mouse that you waited for 2-3 months, and it comes in bad condition. I'll tell you why, its because final mouse support is absolutely garbage. You would think a business running for more than 6-7 years, that they would have dedicated staff by now, ready to respond to an email, even an AI chat could help. Nah, they spend all their money creating mice with QC issues in their Chinese factory.
To put into perspective, me and 3 of my friends bought the final mouse starlight 12 Tenz. 2 of my friends mice stopped working after a year of use for no reason, and mine is working, but the ghost scrolls are disgusting to say the least, even after updating.
My point is, if their well established mouse line that they've been pumping out for 4 years, is having QC issues, you really should not even think about trusting final mouse with your money. The proof is with me, 3/3 people having issues. Further more, I bought the final mouse starlight 12 poseidon, and it also broke down after about 6 months of use, ghost scrolls, mouse spinning out, bad clicks etc.
So all 3 finalmice I've had, all had an issue in some shape or form.
It's not just me with the issues with the ULX. If you do a quick youtube search, you will find hundreds of videos complaining about the final mouse ULX, with comments from other people buying it, further confirming the issues.
Needless to say, if its a mouse you cannot stop thinking about, you WILL be disappointed. Please control the urge and buy any other light weight, 4k mice.

finalmouse i a great mouse company who listens to their freethinkers and helps them when the have got a problem with their mouse.
I bought myself a finalmouse classic ergo back in october 2015 and that broke within 5 months. When i contacted support to complain about it i got told by finalmouse support that they were making new revised models that was to come out in april of 2016 and that i could freely choose between the classic ergo and tournament pro version. I replied that i would like the tournament pro and everything was fine. There was no new revised version in april tho so i contacted support again and was told it was late. I recived a mail from them the 26th of july saying
"Hello Emil,
Your Tournament Pro replacement is ready! Please provide an appropriate address so that we may ship out your unit ASAP!
We greatly appreciate your patience.
Thanks,
Finalmouse Support"
I sent them my adress two days later and i still havn't heard back, recived my replacement mouse or even had any form of reply on my mails and messages on facebook and twitter.
It does not seem that finalmouse in any way lives up to European market standards or even tries to.
Super lightweight, amazing sensor and tracking, comfortable grip... Nothing bad to say about the mouse.
