I purchased a few Hyaluronic acid injections but forgot to include the name of the clinic for delivery, which led to the package being undeliverable and sent back to Filler World. I contacted Filler World, and Lauren, the Customer Service Manager, discovered that the clinic's name was omitted. I placed a new order for additional injections and requested expedited delivery since I needed them for my mother while abroad. Lauren ensured that the package was shipped via DPD, and it arrived the next day. She kept me updated throughout the process, tracking my shipment and sending me regular emails. Once they received the returned parcel at their warehouse, they refunded the fees for the undelivered package.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Lauren’s exceptional professionalism. She truly exceeded my expectations in assisting me. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their Orthopaedic products, which I have utilised in my practice to the benefit of my patients.
Individuals like Lauren are assets to any organisation. If possible, I would award her 10 stars for her outstanding service.

I placed my order on August 6, and this has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with any international supplier. While the Neauvia Organic Hydro Deluxe was eventually shipped much later (August 22), the second product (Fillmed NCTF 135HA) was never sent at all.
What’s truly upsetting is that Filler World never informed me this item was out of stock. They provided multiple vague emails, but not once did they mention the product I was waiting for was unavailable until I insisted on an update more than a month later. Only then did they offer a refund, but only partial shipping reimbursement, which is unacceptable when half of the order was never fulfilled.
Their excuse referenced delays “starting August 29,” yet my order was placed on August 6 - long before this. The timeline doesn’t add up, and their communications were contradictory and dismissive.
For a company that deals with medical and aesthetic products, I expected professional logistics and transparency. Instead, I experienced zero proactive communication, hidden stock issues, and poor refund handling.
I do not recommend ordering from them unless you are prepared for long waits, unclear updates, and potential disappointment.

As mentioned in the email, as part of your order was shipped we was unable to provide you with a full refund but as a gesture of goodwill we refunded 50% of the shipping fee as we do appreciate your custom, which you was happy to accept.
Unfortunately, there was a huge delay with this order due to the new tariffs that have been implemented in your country which is out of our control. Our website had a banner informing all customers of this delay and we emailed all customers to make them aware that there would be a delay and we will ship all orders as soon as we have update from the courier that we have the green light to ship them out.
