The worst customer service ever! I was waiting for sending my order for 7 days, then I read the reviews here and realized I really do not want these sneakers anymore because the reviews are so bad. I asked for the refund and it has been 20+ days I have been waiting for it. It never happened to me before. I do not recommend anybody to use Fila.

4 items of clothing bought and all way oversized ie too big
When I sent them back for return , I was peeved to see that I had a $15 postage fee
Can only get refund if faulty.
Fila need to get with the times, I didn't look as I just expect them to be same as most places Free return.
I will not buy from here again due to ill fitting (and I know my sizing) and no free return postage

Please don’t waste your money on these shoes. The customer service is horrible and they don’t stand behind their product. My sneakers were defected and they burst 5 inches on the side. These are Grant Hills. Garbage. They rudely told me that they would not replace them without a receipt. I asked Shierif if he had the receipt for the shoes that he is wearing and he said no. I explained to him that nobody keeps a receipt for shoes they buy in a store for 8 months. He said too bad your loss, goodbye. All I wanted was a replacement pair. I will never purchase from them again.

When you place an order, even though the shipping time is more than 5 days, it is impossible to change the item or cancel the purchase. Customer service is chaotic, I received different messages from different sales and logistics departments about the status of my purchase, one department told me after 8 days that my purchase had been cancelled and that I would receive my money back, at the same time another sales department wrote to me saying that the purchase could not be cancelled. Aliexpress has a better service than you. You should learn from them. In the end I had to make an extra purchase to get what I needed.

Thank you FILA.de for irritating me and screwing me up for more than a week.

Super schlechte Qualität, Schuhe sind nach wenigen Wochen kaputt.

Absolutely crappy shoes. Fell apart after 30 days. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! The company does not stand behind their products - they ask for ridiculous information from the customer and delay, delay, delay.
Go with another reputable shoe company!!

Unfassbar wie Mist eure Schuhe sind!!! Bei jedem Schritt quietscht alles!! Jeder Mensch an dem man vorbeiläuft denkt : mist hat der einen Schweißfuß!!! Oder der muss in eine Fütze getreten sein!!! Noch nie so etwas erlebt!! Nie wieder!!! Kann leider kein Bild von diesem Dreck hochladen!!!

Kjøpte et par sko for 3 mnd siden som jeg forsatt ikke har fått. Har sendt flere mailer og de svarer at de er på vei. De siste 4 mailene har de ikke svart på.

These shoes are the worst trash ever! They fell apart after just one month. DO NOT BUY. Never. Avoid these at all costs. Do you hear me? Got it? Good.

I bought 2 pairs of Fila basketball shoes... over time, both pairs developed some minor defects.

When I notified File of the issue, their customer service gave me speedy responses and took care of the problem by replacing the shoes.

The customer service department did a great job.

Ordered my first items from Fila – a pair of trousers and a jumper. After wearing the jumper once, it started shedding all over me from the inside. The quality really disappoints. The trousers are too big, even though I ordered my usual size. When looking at the returns process, which Fila made so complicated, I'm thinking of just giving up and keeping them. Won't be buying again

I went on their website and the shoes on the Fila website cost way more than they do in a Footlocker or Journey's. So if you want the same Fila shoe don't go on their website got to a shoe store. Heck I got some Fila from Footlocker for 30$ but on the website the are like 85$

Counterfeit do not purchase from this company. You'll regret it. Send back for refund. 14 days refund or recall payment. Don't trust her as she's clearly states refund actioned but doesn't authorise payment it's not the banks fault its hers. Reporting her to Trading standards and Police as shes commiting offences.

I ordered kids trainers they never arrived now Fila Ireland won’t reply to my emails I’ve been scammed

Refused to accept a return.
Reported to the ACCC and fair trading as they rejected a return after I had to pay for return shipping.

Ich habe Einlegesohlen gekauft!! Ich habe gedacht wenn ich ein paar Euro mehr bezahle habe ich auch mehr davon.
Die Einlegesohlen haben sich schon in der ersten Woche in ihre Einzelteile zerlegt!!
Markennamen werden überbewertet!

As a long-term loyal customer, I would never buy any FILA product again, such awful customer service. I was been rejected to exchange the wrong size shoes because the box is taped.

It was wrapped by Australia Post staff while I had to pay for it.

The shoes are in perfect condition I didn't even try them. FILA Australia is such a failure, the shoe box part of the product? with this such a stupid reason for rejection is unacceptable.

I'm happy to pay for the stupid box instead of keeping the wrong size shoes lol.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Purchased a pair of Fila V-10 Low in Black and Grey. When I received them I tried them on to check the size and fit and was happy. I did not wear them for 3-4 months after that. Mid way through the summer I remembered that I had them and started wearing them, never in the wet though. On the 5th wear I noticed that the sole was coming away from the upper at the front. This quickly happened all around the shoes and by the 10th wear the sole was visibly coming away from the shoe. I did not bother to contact Fila as I already knew that their response was not going to benefit me because I had bought them in a "final reduction/clearance" sale. Would of happily given a minus star review if it had of been available. A shame really I was looking forward to a something similar but different to Nike Airforces, only to happy that I did not pay full retail to have the experience. Even after taking them to a well known high street shoe repair chain they fell apart again within a few wears. Never would I have thougth that a brand like FILA would produce and put their name and reputation to such an inferior and poorly manufactured product. Once I saw just how thin the bottom of the sole was I realised that this was at best a budget produced item, at best I would say that sole is 2mm thick at best, and that is the only that thick because that is where their logo is embossed!
