Once again - outstanding customer service
I visited the Ferrari showroom in Leeds yesterday and once again experienced truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive staff who made the visit both enjoyable and memorable.

Nothing ever seems too much trouble for the team. In particular, Sue and Rose on the front desk are a real credit to the company extremely knowledgeable about the iconic vehicles on display and those currently in stock, and always happy to share their expertise.

I always enjoy visiting Ferrari Leeds as I continue my journey towards purchasing a Ferrari. The level of service and passion for the brand makes every visit worthwhile.

Non sono mai stato un fan della Ferrari, ma c'è una macchina che mi è rimasta nel cuore e non se ne andrà mai. Per me, la leggendaria Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. L'ho vista per la prima volta nel trailer del gioco Need For Speed Rivals e mi sono subito innamorato del suo design fantastico. Ora, ogni volta che compare in un gioco, diventa la mia macchina preferita. Sebbene le altre auto Ferrari non abbiano lo stesso fascino estetico della F12 e delle versioni classiche come la 288 GTO del 1984, queste auto sono davvero leggendarie, non solo come semplici auto, ma anche come bolidi da corsa utilizzati nelle gare di quegli anni. Tuttavia, sono più un fan della Lamborghini.

Sono un fan della formula uno ma , da un po' di tempo , la Ferrari mi sembra una macchina senza carattere , sembra che gli ingegneri non abbiano idee per dare potenza alla macchina italiana forse servirebbe un giro di vita e fare dei cambi .

La Ferrari dovrebbe prendere esempio dalla Ducati Innanzitutto per migliorare serve Amore per il proprio lavoro piuttosto che per il proprio conto in banca

Ich habe gestern mein kleines Auto 🚗 getestet, je nach Fahrweise schaffe ich 30-35 km. Ich denke mit dem zweiten Akku wird sich einiges bessern.
Aber von vorne.
Ich habe mir den Kabinenroller von Dr. Ferrari GmbH gekauft.
Obwohl er Floh genannt wird ist er kein Flow, die Fahrerkabine ist riesig zum Vergleich mit anderen Herstellern dieser Sorte.
Mit meiner Körpergröße von 1,86 cm und einem Gewicht von 108 kg darf meine Frau auch noch bequem daneben sitzen. Das Cokpit ist sehr übersichtlich gebaut, alle Instrumente sind sehr gut zu erreichen und zu erkennen. Das Radio mit den vorinstallierten
Apps lässt so manches Auto mit Verbrennungsmotor alt
aussehen. Die eingebaute Rückfahrkamera ist auch am Tage gut zu erkennen.Die gesamte LED Beleuchtung ist ein Beispiel der angebotenen Technik und lässt nicht nur den Fahrer erleuchten.
Scheibenbremsen in der angebotenen Fahr-
zeugklasse ist ebenfalls nicht selbstverständlich.
Der Platzbedarf ist für mich das Ausschlaggebende für
den Kauf dieses Fahrzeuges.
Die Zentralverriegelung möchte ich nicht mehr missen.
Schaut euch das Fahrzeug an, ihr würdet nicht mehr aussteigen wollen.
Das allerwichtigste ist und war die wunderbare Betreuung von Frau Neuhäuser.
Vor lauter Begeisterung hätte ich fast vergessen das sie einen großen Anteil an dem schnellen Verkauf hat. Ohne ihr dazutun
würde ich immernoch auf meinen kleinen Flow warten.
So eine nette Frau würde ich mir bei allen Verkaufsgesprächen wünschen.
Also, einen riesengroßen Blumenstrauß für sie Frau Neuhäuser.
Das Autohaus Dr. Ferrari GmbH sollte froh sein, so eine nette Verkäuferin zu haben!

Købte en polo til 900,- i julegave til min mand, men den passede ikke, så jeg ville bytte den til nummeret mindre og efter at have brugt 2 måneder på at skrive frem og tilbage med customer "service" et utalaf gange, fortæller de at det IKKE er muligt at ombytte den!!! Så nu står jeg med en polo der er lige til at smide ud og det samme med det 900,- der er brugt på den. Jeg har aldrig oplevet SÅ ringe en service, eller mangel på samme. Jeg havde aldrig troet dette var muligt, ved sådan et megabrand. Jeg vil aldrig anbefale andre at handle på deres hjemmeside!!
