The company's staff are charming.
Can't do enough. But from my prospective the 3 years I have won l never got to know who l was up against who recommended me for the award it's always an anonymous person so l am wondering if things just are not as they seem. Sx

I believe Astrid in the marketing team has now got back to you on this and clarified it wasn’t an anonymous nomination. She should have also explained the details we can share about companies that enter and of course what has to remain confidential.

We recently were awarded Best Luxury Country B&B by Prestige Awards. Fenice Media were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The staff were enthusiastic and very helpful.
