On paye la marque et non la qualité! J’ai acheté une bague en décembre j’ai du l’a porté 10x à peine puisque je travaille dans un milieu stérile où les bijoux sont interdits. Je m’aperçois au bout de 5 mois que la bague n’est plus or mais rouille! J’envoie un mail et la blague de l’année on m’a répondu qu’il fallait que j’aille dans le fendi le plus proche (soit 2h de route) ou que je renvoie la bague avec les emballages d’origine (heureusement j’ai rien jeter) et que je devais absolument passer par leur service d’enlèvement de colis (DHL) sinon c’était à mes risques et périls (perte ou autre). Impossible de les contacter par mail j’ai du appeler DHL 2x (numéro payant). Fendi n’a même pas chercher à comprendre et m’a proposé direct un remboursement! Vraiment honte à cette marque de faux riche!! À fuir vraiment!

Jewellery from this brand is rubbish. Paid £215 for a ring within a month it was rusting. I’ve paid £2 on alibaba for better rings than this. Go to Joyalukkas who sell only real gold and you’ll get a 22ct ring for the same price these lot are charging lol

Fendi are not a cheap brand. For them to offer worse customer service than your local supermarket would if you bought something for £1 and it was "off" is diabolical.
I bought an item and opened a return (they sold me a "wallet" then delivered a "purse") almost a week ago now. To return their items they need 2 copies of once form and 1 of another.
The "1 of another". Doesn't exist. My order number they attached with the purchase several times over, apparently doesn't exist. My account which I made the order with, apparently has never made an order. My bank account and the purse I now own say otherwise.
Wouldn't recommend the train wreck that is Fendi to my worst enemy.
Disappointed with Online Customer Services
My recent experience with Fendi has been disappointing and a little frustrating as recently I have discovered that I have had 2 purchases missing which I purchased in New York Fendi. Despite providing all necessary details including the physical receipt, I was informed that Fendi could not add my purchases to my account due to an apparent inability to modify profile records. This issue arose from the oversight of Fendi New York attendee during the initial transaction. I have attempted to rectify the situation in Australia and have proven unsuccessful leaving me dissatisfied with the customer service and the brands lack of flexibility.

Chiamo il servizio clienti - molto gentile la signora che risponde- ma senza una soluzione… in altre maison compare una specie di lista di attesa , qui il nulla. Penso proprio che non comprerò mai più niente.

Tout d’abord je vais à la boutique saint honoré j’achète pour 6000 euro le vendeur me vends un article que je n’ai pas choisis j’appelle la boutique fendi rue Montaigne le vendeur et irrespectueux et me raccroche au nez alors là je suis très déçu de la marque nous pensons trouver un accueil de qualité mais la vente et l’accueil et au niveau de H&M franchement, le petit vendeur de saint honoré ose mal traiter la clientèles. Je ne mettais plus jamais les pieds chez fendi . Je vais aller me faire rembourser la totalité et j’irais dans les boutiques où on traite la cliente avec respect.

Ayant déjà un foulard en possession, j'en commande un second, cependant il ne plaisait pas. Je le renvoie donc sauf que le premier foulard a été mit aussi dans le colis retour. Avant arrivée du produit je contacte donc le SAV pour les prévenir, après avoir envoyé X message et plusieurs appels, soit disant aucun autre foulard à été retrouvé dans le colis. Je trouve cela inadmissible venant d'une marque tel FENDI.

For a "luxury" brand everything in my experience from the product itself to the returns process was absolutely appalling to say the least. I spent a lot of money on a ring and within WEEKS of owning all the colour had come off of it.. I had not worn it every day, got it wet or anything like that as it was a special occasion ring so was worn a handful of times at best.. I have honestly had better quality jewellery from Primark and I really wish I was joking. After complaining, the staff were rude and passed me from pillar to post, all whilst telling me I was under no circumstance allowed a refund even though the ring was not fit for purpose. After MONTHS of pushing - and I mean MONTHS, I was finally granted a refund (after having to jump through hoops for it). It has taken me OVER 8 MONTHS of chasing daily etc to finally receive my refund for a product that was faulty and complete rubbish.
My best advice is to save your hard earned money for a more deserving, real luxury brand if you're looking to splurge out and treat yourself to something nice. If I could give zero stars I would. The mountain of other shocking reviews can't all be wrong and I wish I would have read them first and avoided Fendi all together.
Fendi Rome was absolutely the worst…
Fendi Rome was absolutely the worst experience my family faced. My husband and daughter were ignored the entire time while I was purchasing a new bag with a male associate . They were looked down upon by female associates . They not assisted when asked to see items. While sitting at the counter , as I was cashing out a big purchase, my daughter who is 21yrs old was told to move off the chair by a brunette young sales associate. I saw her look at my daughter with such disgrace and shot her attitude, as to say MOVE.
Remember sales witches, without clients there are no sales, so treat every single person that walks into the store with RESPECT. Never assume a person cannot afford what you are there to sell!!

A flea market experience!
I purchased a bag and a strap for the bag. I didn’t realize until I got to the hotel that the items were not in the box. I return the following day to get my items gift boxes. I was given a box too big for the bag and no box for the stray. I wish I would have returned them back. What a bad experience.

Worst Customer Service & After Sale…
My mom (lives in Jordan) received her Fendi watch as a gift from my sister who used to reside in Saudi. The watch needed maintenance and since there is no maintenance support in Amman, we decided to resort to the shop in Dubai. The employees there were extremely unprofessional, rude, unable to solve issues or provide solutions....simply, extremely incompetent employees. Naming a few in Mall of the Emirates branch who had the audacity to speak in an inappropriate way to my sister and my mom are Ibrahim Maarouf and Ahmad Gaber! Boycotting Fendi Globally!!!
Note: i had a similar issue with my Rolex watch and ot was resolved in exactly 1 minute! This is the difference between a good brand and a wannabe!
