Keep away from FENDI
Keep away from FENDI. LOUSY services. I always video tape unwrapping online orders. FENDI shipped an USED leather wrap keychain (You can wrap it on your wrist.). There is NO price tag attached. Plus the leather itself showed wrinkles and obvious signs of wear and tear. FENDI requested all returns should be tags intact and brand new condition BUT it’s warehouse accepted USED condition from customers in the first place AND resell the USED to other customers. I am so shocked to see a high end boutique would do this to customers had paid top dollars for everything. My point is - it’s RISKY to shop FENDI. There is no guarantee what you receive will be NEW. You have to be LUCKY to receive NEW condition. That leather wrap keychain was the last one on FENDI.com when I ordered. FENDI processed my refund and that keychain went back to “last one in stock” for a few days then sold out again. Even I wrote a letter with my return, FENDI doesn’t care and resold it to someone else. FENDI doesn’t care!!
Even FENDI said “ All our orders are shipped in our signature Fendi packaging and placed in a discreet cardboard box. It is NOT a guarantee. An order I received from FENDI only came with a dust bag. I wrote to customer service and the answer is “Please note we don’t provide additional box. Orders are processed by warehouse.” That means FENDI’s customer service has NO communication with warehouse. What kind of service is this? We see FENDI as a WHOLE business. Different departments work for FENDI AND CUSTOMERS. We are WRONG!!!! FENDI’s departments don’t work as a TEAM.
Finally, TO FENDI, I wasn’t asking for an ADDITIONAL box but “A BOX MISSING FROM MY ORDER THAT PROMISED BY FENDI”.

My package was lost in transit by ups since April. Fendi was issues a refund from ups since then and refuses to refund my money!! It is now July 9 STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! They lie every single day that they are going to refund and still nothing

- returns process is the worst and takes way too long
- only way to contact them is through an online form which you don't get a response to.

J’ai commandé un produit sur le site en début avril 2020 je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis à ce jour nous sommes le 28 mai 2020 et mon litige n’a toujours pas été réglé avec fendi. Mon interlocuteur Alice n’arrive pas à régler la situation malgres ses nombreuses excuses mais qui ne prend aucune initiative pour traiter avec UPS et leur imposer de régler la situation au plus vite. et le transporteur UPS qui après 1 mois d’enquête à décréter que mon colis avait bien été livré sans aucune preuve ni bon de livraison signé. L’enquête viens tout juste d’être réouvert et j’attends qu’on règle mon problème depuis maintenant 2 semaines. C’est vraiment déplorable pour une marque de ce nom de ne rien faire pour accélérer les choses et pour donner une réponse à leur client. Surtout ne commandez pas sur ce site à FUIR !!!!!

Received a damaged bag from fendi - returns was a nightmare for one - order was placed on the 20 Feb 2020 - it’s now 16 Mar 2020 and I am still waiting to hear why I received a damaged bag (strap was glued on only) and still waiting for my money to be debited back into my bank account - this has been the worst shopping and returns experience EVER - poor customer service Fendi - will never buy anything from you again

The SA did not give the box for the bag when my partner bought the mini baguette at the Heathrow airport and she didn’t even bother to ask whether he needs one.
Then I wrote to Fendi customer service to inquire if I could collect my box from Fendi Malaysia. They replied and asked me to sent the receipt and the details and the preferred location to collect it. But after providing them with all the information they ghosted me.
I sent 3 more emails to them to check on the status but I did not receive any word back from them.
Even if it’s not allowed I think they should have the courtesy to reply me with a NO .
Is this the Fendi customer experience u offered??

Settimana scorsa ho fatto una ricerca on line di un paio di pantaloni in pelle che volevo e li ho trovati sul sito, Fendi.
Questo sito però al momento di selezionare la taglia mi dice che sono acquistabili solo in boutique e mi dice quale. Faccio quindi l’ordine con la boutique ed i pantaloni mi arrivano, in saldo, a metà prezzo. I pantaloni però sono grandi, dovrei quindi fare un cambio taglia. Chiamo il Customercare Fendi, i quali mi rispondono che non si può fare, ma di scrivere una mail e spiegare la situazione. Sono passati tre giorni e non ho ancora avuto risposta in merito. Ho già chiamato due volte e mi hanno detto che hanno problemi in questi giorni ma che mi avrebbero risposto oggi. Sto ancora aspettando, ma oramai è sera, dubito lavorino a quest’ora visto e considerato le tempistiche.
Ritenevo Fendi una grande azienda, ma a questo punto debbo ricredermi se non riescono neppure ad inviare un messaggio in risposta.

My mother bought me a Carl Lagerfeld key chain from Fendi and I loved wearing it. I was in Miami and went to the Fendi store as the nose on it broke after wearing it for a couple of months and wanted to get it fixed. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and said that they will only do repairs if bought at Fendi - not Bergdroff's. And, wanted a receipt to prove where it was bought. I tried to explain it was a gift and my mother had died so I couldn't ask her. All I wanted was It repaired. Evidently Fendi doesn't stand by its products unless bought from their store directly. Buyer be ware.
Terrible policies and customer service
Terrible policies and customer service. I bought a 4000$!! pocketbook for my wife's birthday. They wouldn't allow me to ship it to my office, only a home address. I couldnt ship it to my home because it would ruin the surprise. I shipped it to a colleague's home instead. The agent on the phone never told me someone had to be physically home to sign for it. (the call was recorded by them) There was no way for me to get the gift in time for her birthday unless someone took a day off work to wait for it. They refused to let it go to the house without a signature or have it forwarded to my office or held at the post office. They had zero interest in trying to be helpful. Luxury goods with luxury prices should come with luxury customer service.
