Excellent, informative service. I was given a demonstration of an adjustable chair for the bath and it's now working well for my husband to use the bath again so a very satisfactory outcome.

The sales person helped me to choose the appropriate bed, arranged for delivery to the care home and did not charge for delivery. All sorted in 20 minutes. And the price was reasonable.

I was very impressed with the level of service, from the customer service, (which had to be carried out via email and Zoom) right through to the delivery.
They took into account the specific needs of the person and nothing seemed to much trouble.

Prompt and efficient service. From survey to installation was fault free.

A great help to me as a carer in the community, and for my parent, they have a wealth of knowledge about what may help best.

Paid for a hoist to be fitted at home. Didn't hear from them for a week then received an email saying it would be fitted sometime in the week commencing bla bla bra.
Next day got a call informing us what exact day and time we would have the hoist fitted.
When the man came to finally fit the hoist, (very nice, polite man), he spent 3 and a half hours fitting it then finally there was a flaw with the emergency stop button so couldn't complete it and it had to be sent back to the manufacturer to be replaced. As yet am still awaiting any word about when it will be refitted .

We needed a chair for my mum who has MS. From start to finish the customer service has been excellent, emails always answered promptly. They visited mum to take measurements and chair was delivered on the date they said. Mum really enjoys sitting in her lovely new chair, thank you!

I needed advice about what kind of rising recliner armchair was needed, and Elizabeth explained the different features to look for, and demonstrated the different types of back support.
Very helpful and I left feeling I understood how to use the armchair we chose. The delivery drivers were quick and efficient, helped plug the electrics in, and positioned the chair for me

Felgains were very good to deal with. Not just the product purchase and after sales but also the training we received.

The customer service was excellent. The member of staff who helped me spent quite a while on the phone when I first wanted information, giving suggestions and advice. And when I visited the showrooms, she took time to explain things and let me try the mattresses, with no hint of pressure or haste. Another member of staff took the mattress out and put it in the car for us, which was a great help.
The whole experience was a pleasure, and I was most impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness I was shown. Thank you so much.

Excellent service but as yet no mention of servicing or insurance.....
