This app has a lot to offer and can be modified to meet the needs for anyone’s health journey! I highly recommend it!

I'd say from booking on Fay to my initial appointment... it has been great to use. To know that a service like this is covered through my insurance... is awesome. My dietitian is amazing! She is knowledgeable, informative and personable. She really listen to what I've been going through health wise and made me feel like she understands and could help. She has helped me unlock my potential to get healthy. She responds to me on the app. She gives me feedback and makes me accountable. I’m starting to notice that my body is make changes in positive ways. I also feel like I have alot more energy with all the changes we discussed and I'm making. I love the journal feature to post pictures and share how I'm progressing with my dietitian. This is a great app. to exchange how your journey is going and get great encouragement and advice with a professional. Life is busy and this makes it easy to meet your goals on health. Love it....

I really like the program. Mrs Joanne is always giving me ideas and she listens to my concerns. I started in January and I already lost 10 pounds. We working on my iron issues now and the losing weight.

So far great app and my RD is fantastic. The journal is great feature along with chat. Wishlist things
- I should be able to choose which journal entries my dietician can see rather than all my entries cluttering the chat.
- a calorie and nutrient tracker within the app when I take photos.

I’m very pleased. My dietitian, Celeste Rodriquez, really listens to me and makes me feel she cares about my whole wellness. I love that I meet in person and so far, my visits to my dietitian are covered by my insurance.

The insurance coverage was just as predicted, so I’m happy with that. This whole experience has been very easy and straightforward. I was matched with a dietician that is perfect for me and we clicked right away. Very happy with Fay!

Insurance covers this type of counseling and treatment and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable counselor than Laura! She’s phenomenal and personable! She helps me to stay intentional in my goal and delightfully praises my efforts! In such a short time I’ve managed to modify daily habits and put forth an effort that keeps me accountable for my inner success! I’ve been happy so far with her services and even more delighted when we connect for our check-ins! She’s been able to answer a lot of my questions and encourages me to keep a list of more so we can grow together on my path to healthy healing! Thank you Fay for such a wonderful experience!

My nutritionist is thorough and very nice. Promptly on calls listens well and provides me with tangible goals and interventions. Fay was easy to use to find a registered dietitian and accurate estimates based upon my insurance

When I first contacted Fay, they responded quickly and I was able to see a dietician within the week. Anna has been so informative and kind with a lot of good information. They have filed my insurance and already got the EOB after two weeks and fully covered. The app is easy to use. I am looking forward to the next 10 weeks and to see what else they have to tell me.

I am very pleased that my visits have been covered by insurance, just as the app promises! I am also very pleased with my nutritionist, Adina Yaakov! She is very patient with me, and I am learning a lot about nutrition. I love that the main goal is to get me healthy, with any weight loss being an additional benefit instead of the main goal!!!

I recommend Susan Peacock to anyone. I have made some progress in the short of time we have started. She sends me menus I can follow or just to give me some ideas. Looking forward for our next session.
