Ordered Christmas gifts early on 7 December. By 22 December I was worried they hadn't arrived even tho I had an email saying order was fulfilled and a tracking number with Royal Mail.
Contacted company via website evening of 22 December. By 23 December morning I had a phone call, apologising and we worked out the order has been lost in the post.
Special next day delivery was arranged at no cost to myself and I have just received my order on 24 December - just in time for Christmas!
Excellent service, dealing with problems (not their fault), promptly and effectively. First class service.

I recently ordered an Oxford black denim riding shirt with armour in the Fat Skeleton Black Friday event. It was reduced down to a great price of £49.95 so I ordered a large and paid up asap.

A few days later a package arrived which had a different shirt jacket made by Oxford in it. It was a larger size that didn’t fit me. This jacket cost more than the shirt so I phoned Fat Skeleton to raise the issue.

I spoke to Paul, who I think is the owner, who was polite, efficient and a problem solver. The denim shirts were now sold out and because the error was on their side he offered me a couple of choices if I paid the return postage. I opted for another riding shirt that was more expensive and paul happily sent it out by return of post as soon as the one I returned flagged up on their system.

Needless to say I’m impressed with how Fat Skeleton and Paul in particular conducted themselves. Their products are great but the service that goes above and beyond deserves the 5 star rating I’m giving them.

The new riding shirt is of superior quality and is well made and a true fit for size. It will a great piece of riding gear that will feature large in my riding adventures coming up. Once again thanks to Paul for being a solver of problems and running a good business. I’ve already bought a helmet and riding glasses from them which are excellent quality and built to last.
