Product is always great but delivery date is never on time. Always after ETA. Would be beneficial if I could select an arrival date option even at an additional price if I can get it earlier than ETA

Basically straightforward, but...
Basically straightforward, but annoying that having gone through the process of setting up an quote for labels on a roll, there is no mention of their minimum price until you try to place the order. Having quoted a price to a committee, I then needed to go back through and change to less convenient sheet labels to fit within the budget.

Had a mini issue where we had inputted the wrong address, they sent out a new order at no extra cost and were super quick and efficient with dealing with the issue :)
