Hustlers to get you in an expensive loan car. Loan car returned on one occasion as they were messing around getting insurance approvals. Then there was a delay in getting parts.

Place should be investigated by the insurance ombudsman as they have one main site and one place on the opposite side of the road for storing cars

Dropped off the first loan car and waiting around 2 weeks for the parts

Was told 2 weeks for the repairs after the parts arrived

Car went in for repair on 01st Oct and was only returned on 31st Oct clearly working in leagues with the loan car company no wonder everyone insurance premiums are so crazy bunch of hustlers.

Was informed the car had been fully valeted my kid could have done a better job on the glass work

Want to upload images and will be sharing with insurance ombudsman all details as this is why our insurance premiums are so crazy for a broken take light repair and new bumper!!!!

I am very impressed with Fast Lane and, in particular, with Salil Khahil. I had an accident in my car recently which resulted in the need for a new passenger door. This could have been problematic but it was dealt with efficiently and immediately by Salil and I am very grateful.

Salil spoke to me in a very calm and helpful manner in the first place. I was very annoyed and upset by what had happened and he was able to reassure me that Fast Lane could deal with things easily and immediately. The car was taken away and I was given a replacement vehicle. The two drivers who brought the car could not have been more helpful and efficient; they arrived on time, gave me some useful advice about driving the car and made sure both cars were very clean. Salil dealt with the work swiftly. The car door has been replaced and the car is as elegant and smart as when I bought it. I am very grateful. Salil is absolutely reliable and efficient and he made me feel everything would be smooth and easy- which it was.

They make you pay without seeing the vehicle. I was unhappy when it was returned but obviously the person returning was not involved in the repairs. I have requested a list as to what work was done so I can take the car to Tesla to get it checked and properly fixed. Extremely lengthy, frustrating and disappointing experience which is ongoing.

Generally the process has been seamless (albeit lengthy) to repair my vehicle until it comes to collecting the vehicle. The company asks for payment prior to being able to inspect the vehicle, which is unusual and rigid. They weren’t clear about this before the repair took place.
Doesn’t seem to be professional. As it stands, this situation isn’t resolved and there have been no reasonable solutions offered.

I’m so grateful with the service that I received from Fastlane. When I first learnt about the issue with my car the situation seemed so bleak, but thanks to the expertise advice of Sal, this gave me an understanding of the nature of work required to be done on the car, and likely expectations. The work was perfectly done, completed on the agreed time and staff were professional ,friendly and polite. While my car was at your workshop, it was looked after with exceptional due care. I would use Fast lane again and would highly recommend this service.

My car was sent to this body shop by my insurance company. Overall, their service seemed good — the repair work itself was fine, and the staff were professional during the process.

However, after I got my car back, I noticed some glue marks on the paintwork that weren’t there before the repair. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice them at the time of delivery because the glue is translucent and only became visible when the car got dirty.

I contacted the shop and spoke with a staff member named Hadrian, who said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. I followed up with an email — no response. I then contacted my insurance company, and only after that did the shop reach out, saying they would send someone to inspect it. That never happened either.

I contacted the insurance again, and they said the body shop would get in touch. It’s been a while now, and I still haven’t heard from them. I'm left with a car that has glue marks and no resolution in sight.

It’s a shame because the service could have been great — but the lack of follow-up and accountability really let them down. They had a chance to fix a small issue and maintain a good impression but chose not to.

Fastlane have been excellent in all they have done for me, this being my second experience of their services. Communication has been first class and I have been kept informed of the progress of my repairs throughout the time my car was with them. I was fully confident that they knew what to do with my Mercedes and I have been proved right. The workmanship and finish of the job has been superb, and I could not ask for anything better.

Salih khalil. I took my Mercedes into the Loughton branch. I have dealt with Salih when my car was hit before. He did an absolutely amazing job. It was only 2 weeks old when it went in for repair. And it is a first class repair.
I had it parked again and was hit again. Very minor this time but once again he was there. And it was repaired for me and it is an excellent service and repair. Fully recommend this service.

This was my first time at a Mercedes branch, and my experience was fantastic due to the service provided by Suraj Sharma. Suraj has a polite and friendly manner and was happy to answer all of my questions. He booked my vehicle in and made the process stress free. There has been constant communication from Suraj via email and telephone, always keeping me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. He even helped with questions that were outside of his remit. Absolutely amazing!!!

The service they provided me was amazing, I didn't have any issues with the staff, they were friendly and helpful. They did excellent work on my car and they are more professional in their job.
