I ordered 2 sets of brass butt hinges…
I ordered 2 sets of brass butt hinges for £9,31 total for which i have recieved nothing, not even an indication of when i might recieve them. Not good at all.
I have since had a response from fast keys saying they will redeem the charge and still send me the hinges if required free of charge. I decided to get the hinges from elsewhere as I needed to get a job completed. Thanks for the offer but they are no longer needed.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we were not informed by our supplier that these hinges were out of stock when your order was placed. We requested updates on the expected delivery date several times and only discovered after further follow-up that the manufacturer has a lead time of over six weeks for these items.
Had we been made aware of the stock issue at the time of ordering, we would have contacted you immediately to explain the situation and discuss alternative options. We have since raised this matter directly with the supplier, as we share your disappointment that this information was not communicated sooner.
To resolve the matter, we have arranged a full refund of your order. We also emailed you earlier today to ask whether you would still like to receive the hinges once they become available, free of charge, as a gesture of goodwill. We are currently awaiting your response.
We appreciate your patience and apologise again for the inconvenience caused. If you would like to discuss your order further, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.

Don't waste your time!!
I ordered 2 door latches 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived! I could have bought them off ebay but I always like to try and support businesses. I would not recommend this business at all! Very poor service! Avoid!!

Thank you for your review, and please accept my apologies that you have not yet received your order.
This delay is certainly not representative of the level of service we strive to provide. Unfortunately, when your order was placed, the required latches were unexpectedly out of stock. An order was placed with our supplier on 27th May; however, regrettably, they failed to process the request and only recently informed us of the oversight. This is a matter that I will be addressing directly with the supplier to help prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
The good news is that the supplier has now dispatched the latches via a next-day delivery service, and we are expecting to receive them tomorrow (10/06/2026). As soon as they arrive, your order will be dispatched the same day, which should mean delivery to you on Thursday, (11/06/2026), should you still wish to proceed.
I fully appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this delay may have caused. As a gesture of goodwill I would like to offer you a full refund while still ensuring that your order is sent to you.
