Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have looked into this order for you and it seems that Royal Mail have failed to delivery this for reasons i am un-sure of just now. I will get the order re-sent for you free of charge using a DPD service, you should receive the keys on Tuesday 11/.11/2025

Straight up great customer service!
Turn around on the key was great, and website easy to navigate. I would certainly recommend contacting them first with photos if you are unsure, as I had accidentally ordered the wrong key.
I decided to contact their help Team how happily guided me to the correct key type, and arranged for a new key to be dispatched - which arrived the next day!
No judgement, just straight up great customer service. Thanks, Megan! Please can this review be passed to her manager as she really helped me out.

Odered a month ago and paid via paypal, have never received anything. They are not answering emails either.
Edit: Two mistakes lead to this error. First the IT system of fastkeys which does not check if shipping addresses are updated via paypal checkout. Second my contact Email did not get through, most likely because I use my own .cc domain. I can't really judge their products, but the customer service is great, once the contact works. As their website / ordering system could be better, it's only 4 stars. (I didn't receive any order cancellation, even though in their system the delivery address was set to germany. This should be fixed so that orders get cancelled automatically and customers don't wait for a delivery which will never happen)

I’ve located your order and also received the PayPal inquiry you submitted today. I’ve responded through PayPal and issued a full refund.
To clarify what happened with your order: we do not dispatch to European destinations, but when you registered your account and entered your invoice and delivery address, the country was selected as the United Kingdom. As a result, the items were returned to us on Friday, 10/10/2025.
Please accept my apologies for the delay in resolving this issue. I’ve checked our records and couldn’t find any email correspondence from you, which is why you didn’t receive a response earlier.
